[Resolved]  Gaana.com — money gets debited from my account but subscription not working

I have purchased gana+ yearly subscription at rs.299 using itunes.
After a year it's get renewed automatically. Rs.299 was debited from my account and i also get auto renewal confirmation mail from apple.
But subscription isn't working at all.
Apple invoice order id is mnm5000htb and document no. Is[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue asap.
