Hello,
I had subcribed for gaana.com on 11/10/2017 with an autopay renewal every month of rs 99 from my paytm wallet. I wished to unsubscribe from gaana.com and had informed them but they have deducted rs 99 from my paytm wallet on 11/11/2017. Kindly help me unsubscribe from gaana.com and cancel the autopay payment from my paytm wallet for gaana.com. Thanks in advance.

I subscribed for gaana plus last month on[protected] but i don't want to continue the subscription this month. However, it got auto renewed from my paytm wallet on[protected] please tell me how to stop auto renewal from my paytm wallet. I would also like to unsubscribe from gaana.com and stop all future payments to gaana.com asap. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

I has taken only one month subscription but without out knowledge and approval 2nd months payment is also deducted frommy hdfc credit card . Kindly reverse the amount of 120 that is debited from my credit card as i do not wish to renew the subscription

Lodge a complain with Paytm for refunding the amount paid without your authorization and stop any such payment further.

Pls ask Paytm to refund the amount which is paid to gana.com by Paytm without your authorization and to stop any such payment in future.
