Gaana.com — Refund Request AutoPay Renewal Without Intention

Dear Gaana Support Team,

The yearly subscription amount of ₹599 was debited through PhonePe UPI AutoPay on[protected] without my intention to renew the subscription. I had overlooked the AutoPay mandate earlier, and immediately after noticing the deduction, I cancelled the AutoPay mandate to prevent any future charges.

I have been a genuine user and did not intend to continue the paid subscription. Hence, I humbly request you to please review my request and consider processing a refund as a goodwill gesture, if possible.

I would truly appreciate your support and understanding in this matter. Kindly let me know if any additional details are required from my side.
