On 2 March 2026, an amount of ₹599 was debited from my bank account with the merchant name listed as Gaana. I do not have a Gaana account and have never subscribed to any Gaana services. This transaction was made without my knowledge or authorization.

I request an immediate investigation into this unauthorized charge and a full refund of ₹599 to my original payment method. I also request confirmation that no subscription is active under my details.
