[Resolved]  Gaana.com — gaana.com unauthorized deduction from credit card for renewal

Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my hdfc credit card without my consent. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. Refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. But now today i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached the message which i got
This is looting act. Now i want my money back.

Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience with us. We apologize for the delay in response and if our service did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concern

We do understand your concern regarding the auto-renewal.

Please note that once you redeem the voucher, it clearly gives a message that to ACTIVATE the GAANA PLUS SUBCRIPTION complete the details on the payment page and before you choose the plan where on the top the clear message on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL is shown, you can refer the attached screenshot for the same.

Hence, this was a complete valid and authorized transaction.

Now, when it comes to refunding to the amount, that is being declined as the subscription is already activated.

However, taking your case in consideration even after a valid transaction as a good will we have initiated the refund for you and the amount will reflect back in your account within 5-6 working days. The subsciption has also been canceled.

PLEASE NOTE: While purchasing or activating a subscription please do check the details mentioned to maintain the transparency between the company (which we did) and consumer both.

I want to unsubscribe and deactivate for Gaana.com account, but there is no such option given on the app. this feature must there on any app.
I already having Student pack for one year but every month they debited my money (99rs)
