[Resolved] Gaana.com — subscription cancellation

3-4 days ago, I purchased subscription for Rs 499 in gaana website by mistake and just after purchasing, within 10 minutes, I told them about my mistake several times and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as I am a student with no source of income. But till now it has not been satisfactorily responded from their end and everytime they are making excuses asking not to cancel the subscription. Please help

Please cancel the auto subscription of gaana.i has taken the subscription for just one month.
I never opted for auto renewal and don't need it and pls refund the amount.
