[Resolved] Gaana.com — money deducted from paytm account account id: [protected] without my consent | |||
Gaana.com deducted rs: 208 from my paytm wallet without my permission and subscribed me to it. I don't want to subscribe further but then also it deducted my money from paytm wallet. I donot want to continue with the subscription (If any). Request you to refund my money and cancel all my accounts from gaana. Anything which is not clearly visible enough and it has money incurred, it can be a case of fraud. Verified Support Feb 20, 2018 Gaana.com Customer Care's response Hi There, Greetings from Gaana! We regret the inconvenience caused and sorry for the delayed response. As checked, you had subscribed to 3 months subscription in Oct during Diwali offer and as per the offer terms, the subscription was set for auto-renewal so that you get 30% discount on every successful renewal. This was the part of the offer, hence the subscription got renewed at the discounted rate of 208/- instead of 297/- of the original cost. If we cancel the auto-renewal, this offer would not be available any further. Still, if you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, please confirm the same so that we can cancel it and you can use the current subscription. Dear Team my self saleena last 3 month onwards am not using ganna app even thought 99 RS deducted 3 times in my account, so please return back my cash and pls cancel auto debit from my account

We regret the inconvenience caused and sorry for the delayed response. We would like to update you that we had some technical issues with the Citrus payment and the same is resolved now. Also, the Republic day offer was available only through Paytm payments and was available till 31st Jan only.
