Dear sir,
This is to convey that I have purchased a mobile, " smartron SRT". I ordered on 4 may 2018 order noO41EB59AED5F746A1C and awb no.[protected] and I received this phone on 7 may 2018 at 4:45 pm. Bill of the same is enclosed here with for your reedy reference. This mobile is not working properly from the first day. When I open phone then automatically switch off. But it is totally dead. I have also visited your authorized service center at Neil communication sec-10, Gautama budh nagar, Noida, but they have refused to listen as they told that they are not issue DOA certificate for purchased by online. Then I made a call to the customer care today who suggested me to send all the scanned documents to you for refund/replacement of the set.
Hence i am sending all documents which includes bill of shop, picture of phone, video of packing open of phone, and imei no. And cash memorandum bill.
Please refund my money. it at the earliest as I am suffering a lot having no other mobile with me. Also I have some interviews and companies must be trying to contact me. So you are requested send to your authorized person for pick this phone for return at my address.
