Gadgets 360 — delivery of redmi note 5 pro- ob130aee13bee30f31

I ordered the product on 3rd July 2018, it took 3 days to these guys for packing this product and now again 5 days are wasted and they are not shipping it. I am calling their customer service for past 5 days, each day they says that it will be shipped today and still after 5 days it is not shipped. They neither allow me to cancel this product, they just kept on saying to wait and it will be shipped today. and in this cycle more than 7 days are wasted. Their delivery deadlined was exclaimed during order process was 2-7 days which is already crossed and yet it is not dispatched by them. Don't know how much more days will be spent in waiting.
