I have placed an order vide no. Oaf16e1e4dd308aeab which was delivered to me on april 13th 2018.
After unpacking the item i found that the product delivered to me was not new and it was used mobile. When i contacted the customer support they asked me to send all photos and then directed me to visit the lenovo service center to get an authorized letter from them about when the imei number get activated. But lenovo service center said that they have no access to such information.
When i explained that to gadgets360 customer support they repeatedly insisting me to get such letter otherwise they can't do anything, find their response as follows
"thank you for sharing your concern. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you. We request you to visit the nearest service center in your area with the hard copy of the invoice to get the letter about the concern with the authorized stamp or get letter mention that they are unable to give service regarding your concern so that we can provide you the resolution as soon as possible"
After all fighting with them, finally i send them a warning to replace the used phone with a new one which i ordered otherwise i'll proceed for legal action. Immediately they responded and taken that product but refunded the money instead replacing.
From their action they proved that they did this knowingly and if the customer is not harshly fighting they definitely won't replace or refund and cheat the customer.
