Gadgets 360 — mobile received not in good quality and not look like new

I already logged a complaint in gadgets 360. But they yet to respond back with the update. I would like to either replacement or my money back. I'm not really satisfied with the service provided. As per their customer care they told 9/12/2017 they will provide update. Till now no updates apart from their template mail. Order no:o954fd1a5dc9a6f910

I'm really not at all satisfied with the service provided. Almost 7 days i have been waiting for the update. Nothing received other than wait for further updates.

I have ordered a red mi note 4 mobile phone on 09/03/2018 from gadgets 360 site. Phone delivered on 14/03/2018. hand set was used its confirmed by mi care center Jammu that your hand set is second hand / returned by other customer. Then you can not eligible for any warranty. I contacted to care 360 about this for solution. I want refund
