I had booked a Kindle Paperwhite from this site. I had done the payment online. Now after few days after the booking, they don't show my order on the site. Panicked, I called the support, when the man said that my order has been cancelled. I had no clue how did this happen! Then he said it was due to some invoice generation issue.
But there had been no communication about it from them.
He also ranted about some due to GST, the problem has occurred. But I had booked it before GST was introduced. Why did they take the order on that time if they had to cancel it? This is such a disappointment. Was this information helpful? |
