Sir,
In mail recieved dated 24th of september, 2017 sent to me is stating the same thing which you had asked the micromax authorized service centre to give the genuineness of the product which you had sold to me. I approached the micromax territory manager mr. Sivaraj in phone and he insisted again that he needs a mail from your goodself stating that "we have sold the product and please give genuineness of the mobile phone supplied by ourself" (Gadgets360)"
I request you to send the same to the micro max territory manager mr. Sivaraj (Sivaraj. [protected]@micromaxinfo.com). Since i had purchased from your goodselves i can only ask the help of your goodself. If you are not able to respond this mail like service or replacement or return of cash otherwise i may need to take legal action against yourself. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
