On 7 feb 2018 i have ordered redmi note 4 gold 4g/64gb varient from gadget360.
Order id is o6dfc3f6ff34cca18f.
Imei number of product is [protected].
The smartphone i got was faulty. It is not proper responding and seems suspicious. So i decided to return the product but i shocked when i saw that there is not any option of returning the product. So i drop a mail to gadget360 regarding the problem they tell me to go to the service center for repairing (Wtf) not a single day i operated the mobile and it is going to service center (Shame on gadget360) and the another shock i got when service center tell me that this product is out of warranty :- (.
Helpless.
Gadget360 please refund my money back and take the faulty smartphone.
I request the forum to take strict action.
