I had order Panasonic p100 mobile .order number
OD820C195C8EDD2CA4. i received goods 13th sep2018
which i received without charger cable charger head is not there .and battery doesn't fit with mobile and battery size is big .so i talk to them.so many time finally they send ecom express guy whos name is rahul he given reverse pick up sheet which has awb number[protected] they pickup from me on 21/09/2018.before pickup i show all and took photos and send a copy attached email and send to gagets360.till 3rd oct2018 no reply then i called them. they saying now they receive mi phone. they not answering and not refunding me.till 5thoct 2018.when call customer care dept guy mr salmon .who took and said he will with answer in 24hours . still no reply .no body picking up a phone and replying pl help in this
