I purchased a refurbished iphone which got delivered today. Order id-o23007d640a0f778fc. It has battery issues. It shows battery at 1% and goes to 90%by itself and back to 1%. It also switches off and turns on automatically. I want to return this phone and i want my money refunded at the earliest. I want this resolved asap. There's no customer care number on the site where i can contact them....

This company is making fool of its customers!!!
I ordered a mobile phone & charger came out to be defective. When I lodge the return/replace request, the customer care is asking me to go to service center to get it replaced within warranty.

What is the responsiblity of Gadgets360 if it is sending defective product??
Their website say they have 7 day replacement policy...
This is really disgusting!!!...

I have orderd one phone gionee a1 black, 64gb on 16th june'18 from gadgets 360 website (Online) - invoice no. - 322/2/18-19/149.

I have received the product on 22nd june'18. When i opened it and went to gionee mobile service center to reset my new phone. At that time i have received information from gionee service center that, this phone has a software issue (It means that the phone which i have purchased is defective piece).br...

I have received a phone which has been used and it is not new. This is very surprising, I placed my first order with Gadgets360 and it turned out to be a nightmare experience.

1) There was no seal on the box at all, however, the adhesive gum of the seal can be seen on the box which means that the seal was broken earlier.
2) Some scratches on the back side and some fingerprints on the front side have been found.

Is rob91a7f5ffbd432f2e i ordered lenovo z2 plus mobile from gadget 360 when i receive the box and open it & on the mobile it touchscreen not working i told gadget 360 about it but not replace my mobile it's give me complaint no.493817 & say to go for lenovo service centre but no service centre in my city, i told her about them but it's no give me positive answer & all time say go to service centre...

The Phone is a beauty itself and gorgeous looking and i am very delighted to use the phone. But After one day use i have faced problems in phone as below. 1.
