Gagan — complaining about my refunds from amazon

I have placed my order on amazon, but due to some issues, i was not able to receive the product, so it went back to amazon. They initiated and processed the refund, but i didn't received it. So i contacted them regarding this they had given me the ref number n told me to contact the bank, inspite of contacting bank many times, they are just saying to contact amazon
But bank is just not solving the issues.
