Gagan — Delay in delivery of my order

I have placed an order on flipcart for IPhone 12mini on 7th Oct. And my delivery was shown on 10th October but on 12th it was shown on 13th Oct but even today on 13th Oct it has not been delivered yet. I had to leave for other station but has been held up for want of delivery of my order. If the delivery was so late I wouldn't have placed the order. Flipcart deceived me. My order ID is OD[protected]
