No one is responding on the same on a phone call

I have placed an order on flipcart for IPhone 12mini on 7th Oct. And my delivery was shown on 10th October but on 12th it was shown on 13th Oct but even today on 13th Oct it has not been delivered yet. I had to leave for other station but has been held up for want of delivery of my order. If the delivery was so late I wouldn't have placed the order. Flipcart deceived me. I have placed my order on amazon, but due to some issues, i was not able to receive the product, so it went back to amazon. They initiated and processed the refund, but i didn't received it. So i contacted them regarding this they had given me the ref number n told me to contact the bank, inspite of contacting bank many times, they are just saying to contact amazon
But bank is just not solving the issues.

While applying the application I faced some technical glitches. I tried applying for MBBS but the portal was not accepting my payment with the card I used( syndicate bank debit card), later I tried with another SBI debit card I managed to pay the prescribed amount successfully but it's so happened that the money from my first card was also got debited which made me to double pay the fees while applying. I did try to apply from an another card because I received an intimation that the session got expedited while I was trying to apply. So I urge you to resolve the issue as early as possible and facilitate the refund of extra amount I credited to your account.

I am having Tata Docomo Corporate Post Paid Plan of 299, I have requested to change this plan to 199 Dual Benefit Corporate plan on Tata Docomo number1515 (tata docomo corporate customer care) but they changed to 199 Roll Over Retail, because of this my credit limit exceeds to 1400 (Set to 1200) in just 4 days, I called to customer care but no one is listening and they are telling to Pay all amount, Also my Outgoing and Incoming Service is deactivated. When I am calling to Tata Docomo number 121, 1515,[protected] then they are telling that we are dealing only to Retail customer not Corporate, you have to visit Tata Docomo outlet for your connection. I have also visited Tata Docomo outlet they are also telling we are dealing with Retail Customer. I am really fed up with Tata Docomo service and want to close this connection urgently, as all people are intolerable.
