Gagan — Deactivate Tata Docomo Sim as no one is listening | |||
I am having Tata Docomo Corporate Post Paid Plan of 299, I have requested to change this plan to 199 Dual Benefit Corporate plan on Tata Docomo number1515 (tata docomo corporate customer care) but they changed to 199 Roll Over Retail, because of this my credit limit exceeds to 1400 (Set to 1200) in just 4 days, I called to customer care but no one is listening and they are telling to Pay all amount, Also my Outgoing and Incoming Service is deactivated. When I am calling to Tata Docomo number 121, 1515,[protected] then they are telling that we are dealing only to Retail customer not Corporate, you have to visit Tata Docomo outlet for your connection. I have also visited Tata Docomo outlet they are also telling we are dealing with Retail Customer. I am really fed up with Tata Docomo service and want to close this connection urgently, as all people are intolerable. Was this information helpful? | |||
