I want to file a complaint about a company for false promising and providing false information. It was not mentioned any where in the details that it's replica. I was going out of town so, ordered it to my friends address. Got the watch, he told me it's a fake one, not original. I called gajabo support (Email : [protected]@gajabo.com, call :[protected] As they have mentioned 10 days free return ( image no. 6 on attachment), so lady told me it would be returned and i'll receive a call from their end. But i didn't received any call. After that i called again, this time some one picked up and told me that it's a genuine product( i told him it doesn't have blue hologram that every casio watch always have) he tried too pacify me it's made in different country that's why it looks like this. After some time they provided me another number (Lost that as phone was damaged and it was not saved Anywhere else) it was of mr rakesh who first responded my email only for one time. I called him, he told me it's a genuine product and all those stuff. He told me if there is any problem with functionality of watch he'll get that replaced. I told him problem that every-time i set the time on watch and keep it box, after 1 or days days when i check it's late every time, ( it's true). So, he asked for images of product to make sure it's in good shape and confirmed if i have that plastic as well which was stick to watch to protect from scratches in box, i send them, because i didn't used that watch so it was just as it was when i received. (He might have thought that i would have used it, but i didn't ) after that he also stopped responding my call or email. I'm surprised how they ignored me(A customer), kept promising to deliver the service. I may have recordings of few calls( iff needed). I know it's been too long but never denied me, they kept promising false things. That's what forcing me to take an action so that they should not be able to fool any other customer. I have seen my friends returning their products to flipkart and amazon, they got service they were promised. I ordered this watch as it was mentioned there is 10 days return policy and there was no astrix sign or anything for terms and conditions.. I did ordered after i was promised that this product would be returned when i first call their support. Which as supposed to be delivered in 5 days and was not arrived in even 15 days.(That got cancelled) I want just this order to be returned and get my money back so that these guys could learn lesson that, e-commerce is to make dealing easier for client and company not to fool the clients.
