Galaxy Enterprises — Defective mobile phone

I have bought Motorola E7 plus from Galaxy enterprise via Amazon. While using that phone I was not able to make a call and the mobile got a charging issue . I have contacted them for solution . They told me to send the mobile via courier, i have done so . After they returned my mobile the problems still exist, now they are saying that they have checked and from their point of view the mobile is okay. it is a complete fraud.
