Galgotias University — No fee refund

I have taken admission in Galgotias University for the academic session 2020-22 in the month of November in MA in Journalism and Mass Communication.
But due to pandemic I couldn't go to attend the offline classes and as my subject was more practical oriented I decided to withdraw the admission. Also they have increased the hostel reasons and they were changing the hostel fees again and again without any prior information.
So I mailed them for withdrawal of admission as well asked them to refund the fees. Initially they replied and told me it is in the process. In due course of time I have sent several emails to their office and also sent a letter through post. But there was no say from them. Then they said the fee will be refunded in the month of April this year. And now they say you are late and you haven't filled any form so they will not refund the fee back.
They don't answer your call and also doesn't speak in a proper manner.
I have been try to get my hard earned money back but seeing their attitude it looks almost impossible.
Please help me.
