We just joined this club on sunday dt.18.11.18. The worst decision and we were cheated. All promises n rosy picture s are false and just a fraud. We asked them to book a flight tickets but not done till date. Inspite of several follow ups through mail n phone not getting any satisfactory reply. We want to withdraw our membership as promised by you, that if you will not give service we can demand withdrawal. So do it as soon as possible and return our money back.

This company named gallivant international promised me that if i take their package i will get gym membership for 2 people for 10 years, monthly event passes, summer camp for children every year. So i took their membership for 10 years.in first year after 2 months of membership they gave me one gym pass and after some days a cheque for gym reimbursement. But the cheque got bounced. Now for second year they are delaying the gym membership passes and say next week everytime i call.

Gallivant international - feel like fraud company

Same thing happened to me as well, i had received following message on my mobile,

3) 2 movie tickets.

Then i had visited there branch located at well-known phoenix paragon plaza in kurla, looking well setup office and almost 20-30 staff members are working. Then they started telling about their holiday plan at very reasonable price for 3-5 star domestic and international hotels including food and accommodation and pick and drop will be cover in membership plan only you have bare air fare tickets and visa in case of international for 35 days and extra 7 days as complimentary for 2 adult and 2 kids. And also, club facility with no cost. And they said this plan is for today only and they can provide on emi with no interest for 3 years and for limited customer we are providing 1000 grocery coupon (Like dmart) for every month and 2 movie pvr tickets and 2 imagica tickets. So, i thought very reasonable price and i took membership plan of 95k on 21st october 2018 for 5 years pkg. When i come home and searched for the company i found lot of negative feedback and now i am very tensed that this is also fraudster company. When i got to know that there pune branch has already been closed long back but still they mentioned pune branch office in their membership agreement paper and even they are not mentioned any hotels/club and holiday location in their website and not even membership/hotels priced are mention anywhere. Kindly suggest how should i go ahead. Need your suggestion what should i do to get my money back. I called credit card department and already requested for dispute for this payment and bank said they will investigate on this but they would require some genuine report stating what merchant has committed for the service is not offering you on basis of they we have to asked for cancellation or log a complaint in police. But to claim this dispute amount we have only 2 months of period. Even i had talked with many members those had taken their membership plans but didn’t get services. Don’t know what to do next to claim refund of my amount.

I have taken membership in september 2017 and did not get a chance to plan any holidays with them for around 1 yr. I took the membership for 10 yrs. However, the card received is only for 5 years. Despite of raising concerns and follow ups, they never corrected it and just received hollow commitments. Based on the bond we had signed off, i approached them to book a hotel in june 2018, whereas we had to publically investigate their phones number as, their address and given phone number was changed and provided ones were not reachable. Later, from google reviews, i got their mumbai office phone number and spoke with mr. Ambuj who is solely handling pune office with no staff, who gave us really poor support over email and sometimes on phone. Their toll free number is also not working. Anyways, gallivant had taken 2 weeks to get me preliminary booking details which was on the edge of our vacation with so called descent hotel. Further in agreement they had mentioned to provide us facilities in 3star or 5star hotels. However, offered property was not meeting the criteria. Moreover, the price of gallivant annual maintenance fees and the yearly quota from initial payment which was done, combined was double than the hotel was offering for general bookings. Further highlighting same to gallivant, we received an answer as they now need to think of their profit and find middle ground which benefits all the parties considering the yearly issued amount we have paid. Which is not an acceptable answer. At almost 40% less money, we privately booked hotel as per our need, avoiding loss from gallivant services. I feel like cheated and surely not interested to deal with this firm anymore. I wish to have my money refunded as it's been a dead investment with them for almost an year and i have no confidence to approach them for any future dealings as what they had advertised earlier and what they are offering in practical is nowhere near to each other.

I have taken a membership and including india and abroad.
I requested for london trip booking, they replied they don't have hotels in london. At the time of membership, they used to promise we have hotels all over the world.
Now they said they will give 30000 as reimbursement as they are not able to do the bookings.
It has been a month they have not credited to my account.
Gallivant is really cheating the customers.

Hello team,

After many followup from gallivant team, we went for weekend evening meeting with them @ baner pune office and after so many discussion and offer from them, we agree to become their paid member on 12th aug 2017, by paying their full amount of rs 70 k for 5 years plan of 5 trip of 7 days 6 night along with one additional trail plan. Our gallivant client id is gi00575. Due to some other priorities we couldn't plan our trip immediately, now in sep18 we wanted to plan our trip in oct 2018 and tried contacting their customer service through mail and phone and their sales people as well, but found that all cell no. Were out of service, no respond from their pune email id [protected]@gmail & [protected]@gallivantinternational.com, we didn't get any mail failure notice. With fear of loosing our hard earn money visited their baner office and found that they have closed their office.

It seems a trap for money, we are afraid for loosing money, we really appreciate if you can support us to get our money back as we want refund from gallivant.

I bought gallivant international membership in april 2018. Since then i am not able to get any of their services after wasting a lot of time on emails and phone calls. Here is the detailed description
1. They promised gold coin at the time of registration but haven't received any after following up constantly.
2. They promised gym membership to any gym which is under budget but haven't get back till day. Every time i mail them about membership, i get a reply stating it will start next week but it's been 4 months already. Here is a snap of the email exchanges

Date 18 may - your gym will be started with in 45 days.
Date 15 june - your gym will be started with in 45 days.
Date 31 july - your gym will be started by next week.
Date 27 aug - your gym will be started by september 1 week.
Date 12 sep - your gym will be started by this month.
Date 3 oct - your gym will be started by this week.

Not to mentions the number of emails i have to send them to get the reply back. You have to send 5 -6 emails on average to get a reply back.

3. I requested for booking of hotels in dubai on may 17. There is no confirmation till now. Based on their service i can't book the flights until i get the confirmation on hotels. I think i will not get any response and planning to cancel the trip.

My suggestion to everybody else. Stay away from these scammers.
To gallivant international team - i need my full money refund. If i have to waste my time further to get back refund, i will probably get a lawyer and sue you for the time & inconvenience.

Gallivant international — very unprofessional customer care and doubtful services

I have entered in a membership purchase agreement (On 8th dec, 2017 india non judicial stamp paper) for holidays and gym membership with gallivant international holidays pvt ltd on 2apr for 5 years. I have paid the entire membership amount on that day. They were suppose to give me and my spouse 5-year free gym membership in 'talwalkar gym' of paying the full membership amount (In our case 8th dec2017). Till date they have not got us the gym membership (Only they gives us 4 gym coupen and know they say your coupen send by courier but they do not give tracking no of courrier service. So i contact their board director. They says i am not in org. Now.
From last one month the customer care stopped picking up my phone calls. And nobody in the pune office. Closed

I have entered in a membership purchase agreement (On a rs 100 india non judicial stamp paper) for holidays and gym membership with gallivant international holidays pvt ltd on 28th apr 2018 for 5 years. I have paid the entire membership amount on that day. They were suppose to give me and my spouse 1-year free gym membership in 'powerhouse gym' within 30-45 working days of paying the full membership amount (In our case 28th apr 2018). Till date they have not got us the gym membership.
For last few weeks the customer care stopped picking up my phone calls. Their phone numbers are coming busy all the time. The customer care was not replying to my emails. After continuous follow-up with them, i got in touch with the sales executive who promised that the gym would start soon. Then an email came from the customer care conveying that the gym session would start in powerhouse gym, santacruz west branch from 20th sep 2018. But the santacruz west branch confirmed over phone that they have not got any booking on my name.
I have enquired from powerhouse gym and found that gallivant has no tie-up with powerhouse gym. I doubt that they have tie up with anything. I remember that when they call people over phone to attend their promotional event in phoenix mall, kurla, mumbai, they mention that it is only the gifts which they wish to distribute and then once people reach their office they trap people to enter into lacs of agreement.
It appears to me that m/s gallivant has no intention to provide the contracted service. I cannot trust this agency anymore and suffer for 05 years. I am very apprehensive now about their commitment to honour the service agreement.
I, therefore, appeal to m/s gallivant international holidays pvt ltd through this medium that they return the contracted amount.

At thePVR cinema in Sion I was told to take a lucky draw & was informed that i won it but to claim the gifts i had to meet then at mulund as a couple. I fell into their trap of holiday package & paid an amount of 20000/- for the first year. on 25/06/2018. They had also promised me gym membership & summer camps for childrens.

Besides a welcome letter i have received no communication from them till date and now when i call them up they do not keep up the phone nor do they answer my emails. It looks like my money is gone & i have been duped

I bought membership at gallivant international. They had promised holiday packages along with gym membership, kids classes and an annual bouquet hall booking in the membership.

It's been february 2018 since when i have been asking for gym membership. Finally they agreed to refund the gym membership and kids classes amount of 23000/- for the first year. They issued me a bearer cheque dated september 4, 2018 for 23, 000/- and since then the cheque has been dishonored 3 times. Now saddam their sales executive, rohit customer care executive and qayyum their accountant are not even answering my calls.

The experience so far has been pathetic. I haven't booked any holidays so far. Don't know how the holiday experience would be.

Feel like cheated. Is anyone facing the same issue. I am thinking of filling a fraud case on the company.

We are one of the unfortunate family who got trapped in their false commitment. We paid beginning of this year for 5 yrs plan on basic service hotel booking but since then we couldn't get any booking done and lately out of frustration we reached them back to refund our hardearn since we lost all our hope on their tour plans.. We booked it thru their mumbai operation, kurla so with hard follow up we got another promise that our cancellation will be proceed after 60 days so ideally they used our capital almost a 9 mnths however when we approach them back post 60 days we got new stories that our refund cheque will be handed over in another week.. Add to the frustration after daily follow ups we got a split cheque pdc for another one month and a month later from a personal account which was quite speculative.. We paid to tour operation n we received a refund cheuq which was split for another couple of month.. We got amazed further when we went to bank to encash the refund cheque n bank declined stating their account has insufficient balance.. We reached out loud on this tour operation n they gave another story that the fund will come in the noon so you can deposit the cheque second half.. We are now on a verge of failing a fraud case against this agency.. Pls avoid this tour operation..

I have been cheated by this company as they offered me 5 years travel membership for hotel booking for domestic and international but when i sent mail for hotel booking in goa no body is replying on mail and given contact number is also not picking the call.
I have paid rs.75000 for 5 years membership and they told me that i will get 7 nights hotel stay free in a year and welcome gift gold coin which i never received. Please help me to get solve the issue.

Even i got a call from their phoenix kurla west office to attend a seminar for the free gifts. After getting so many calls i went to their office with my spouse. They are all illiterate people who will just waste your time and money. First they will ask some non-sense questions abt your personal life and then they will start throwing fake offers @ very less price. Guys please do not fall into their trapped... As i paid the money for 3 years membership as i was also attracted to their fake offers for holidays at very less price. Even if you don't have much amount they will insist that it is one day offer and even they will beg in front of you to pay a minimum amount. However, gallivant india real face comes into picture ones you have paid the amount. All their promises will be vanished and your hard earned money have gone... They will never picked the call and i can guarantee you, none of the promises given to you at the time of taking membership will be fulfilled.

I even went to cancel the membership and i want my hard earned money to get returned but stil now i am struggling as people in gallivant india will play with your emotions and are not humans atall. If you guyz are also facing issue with this fake and beggar company then please contact me @ [protected] as i am going to take a strict actions against these people.

I have been following up for the booking from last one month. and finally they responded saying we cannot do you booking this YEAR kindly apply for next year. This is not a great company. Anyone planning to be a member i would request not to fall prey for their marketing and sales team. they will say they have five star hotel tie up but then provide a 3 star hotel.

I would require them to provide refund of my amount.

Gallivant international is not a scam. Yes, they exist, barely! It is a real company with real people. We committed a grave mistake of joining them and have to live with it!
Please read this critical and honest review which is also a complaint on their business ethic.

Gallivant international is run by an inefficient and incompetent work force providing a third-rate service. They are the greatest sellers of their crude, low-level and cheap service products, tricksters of the highest grade who make you believe that you are one of the luckiest customers to land an amazing “limited-period” deal and are also the worst service providers.

Gallivant is not a standard, stable or sincere company like mahindra. Yes, the bigger companies’ holiday packages are expensive but they adhere to industry standards and make efforts to provide us quite a hassle-free experience.in contrast, the harrowing experience of getting anything done by gallivant turns holiday planning into a nightmarish ordeal. They do not respond to calls, very slow and casual with their email replies, are available to contact only for a short period each day, unavailable on weekends (Which holiday company neglects it’s customers on weekends... That’s when plans and bookings are made) and do not have an emergency contact number.

Mathematically speaking you are not gaining anything by paying them large amounts at once. It adds up to roughly the same amount if a couple plans the holidays separately. Agreement says that 3/4 star hotels will be provided but it’s almost always 3 star or below. By my calculations, it’s better and profitable to plan on our own as compared to giving my hard-earned money to gallivant. I am certain most current and past members of this company would agree with me. Another way of holiday planning is to pay more and join a reputed company.

The list of properties they offer is grossly inadequate and you are forced to choose what’s available. They show you these bulky catalogues with amazing destinations but that’s entirely a charade. I vividly remember seeing several stunning properties (Which i had researched on during my past travels that were way out of my budget) i had always wanted to stay in. Gallivant, i thought at that time, was a great opportunity. It turned out to be the worst investment that my wife and i ever made.

We have been worried trying to make a booking in koh samui, thailand since the last two weeks for our travel in the first week of october and the matter is still pending. We have booked our flight tickets and are keeping our fingers crossed that gallivant comes through with a proper booking for us.

I rate this company one out of a possible five. I hope they get better and if they do, i will improve the rating accordingly in future.

I have taken their membership this year, bharat singh randhawa and shahbaaz sheikh of sales team mumbai promised me super professional services for a 5 year holiday plan, i was convinced, i paid, and after that the promises started to vanish...
Had paid their annual maintainence charges on 27th july 2018, sent a screen shot of the same as asked by the customer support staff, after 14 calls of which all i have records and speaking to 4 people namely shahbaaz sheikh of sales, rohit, sameer and yusuf of the customer care staff (Mumbai), i was promised on all occasion that the voucher will come tomorrow, their tomorrow has not arrived even today on the 10th august 2018, now two people shahbaaz sheikh of sales and rohit of customer care who had shared their personal contact number with me never pick up their phones.

I have written emails marked to even the great bharat singh randhawa who is sales head, no body even cares to reply.

Conclusion : this company is run by a bunch o[censored]nprofessional people and allegedly a fraud or fake company

As usual we turned out to be the most luck couple & we were invited to phoenix mall, kurla. With great hesitation & knowing that it must a gimmick, due to wife's persuasion, we visited the kurla office. After explaining everything, there were no answers for the most basic questions like the security of our money, continuity of the company, etc. Then was the turn of the freebies as promised. Instead of a domestic appliance, we were handed some glass bowls that too broken ones. Then came the holiday voucher which was to be free of cost but with hidden charges of rs.9000 to be redeemed. The surprise was that the imagica passes also was not free & had to be paid rs.900 to book the same. The most shocking & abusurd thing is that the most basic promise of movie tickets was also fake. We were told to follow up with the tele caller who would arrange for the same. Now the story goes that we were sure that tele caller will not be available but still we wanted to test our patience & we were right.

Fortunately we did not part with our hard earned money on such fraudsters else we also would be dreaming on holidays only. Please beware...
