I have been trying for almost 35-40 days to contact them through emails / contact numbers provided on the website but not been able to get through.

I have been looking to redeem my complimentary voucher which was awarded to us on 17/01/18 for my travel from 11th aug to 18th aug to any of the destination mentioned in the voucher (Goa, kashmir, darjeeling, jaipur, dubai, bali) but i am unable to do so as i am not able to reach them on phone or on email as well.

Me and my wife wanted to finalize booking for a 5 years holiday package with gallivant based on the experience of the complimentary voucher. But observing no support and no response from them is forcing us to think the other way.

Feeling cheated.

I and my husband had filled your survey formin phoenix mall kurla from which we had won some gifts as per your marketing executive, such Movie ticket Kitchen Set, Family trip Package, Imagica passes which is really fake. In the name of Kitchen set we get bowl set which is costing hardly for 100 or 80 rs. for movie ticket i am call the person who contacted me for gifts but now he is not answering phone, Imagica passes we have to pay Rs 899 while entry that also on weekdays and not on weekend, Family trip package has terms and conditions of Rs 50000/- which is really disgusting your people while talking give us a surety that not a single penny will be charge form you.Whereas after presentation they convince us to take membership of Gallivant of Rs 100000/-. the movement deny they thanked us with all the above fake gifts.I have waste my 2 n half hours in your presentation for which i regret, i will make sure that if next time any of this people come with such coupons i will file a complaint against them for fooling.

I have taken gallivant international holiday pvt ltd membership in september 2017 and did not get a chance to plan any holidays with them for around 1 yr. I took the membership for 10 yrs. However, the membership card i received is only for 5 years. Despite of raising concerns and follow ups, they never corrected it and just received hollow commitments about issuing new card with correction.

Based on the bond we had signed off and the information written in it, i approached them to book a hotel in june 2018, whereas we had to publically investigate their phones number as, their address and given phone number was changed and provided ones were not reachable for several days including landlines. Later, from google reviews, i got their mumbai office phone number from where i had a chance to talk with mr. Ambuj who is solely handling pune office with no staff, who gave us really poor support over email and sometimes on phone with information i would call bits and pieces that too only 5 days a week as saturday and sunday they had self claimed week offs. Their toll free number is also not working. I wonder what a person would do over weekends if faces any emergency on remote location due to their service. Anyways,

Gallivant had taken 2 weeks to get me preliminary booking details which was on the edge of our vacation with so called descent hotel. Further checked in agreement they had mentioned to provide us facilities in 3star or 5star hotels. However, offered property was not meeting the criteria to what mentioned in the agreement. Post highlighting same to mr. Ambuj, he offered another property which was same like previous. Moreover, the price of gallivant annual maintenance fees and the yearly quota from initial payment which was done, combined was double than the hotel was offering for general bookings.

Further highlighting same to gallivant, we received an answer as they now need to think of their profit and find middle ground which benefits all the parties considering the yearly issued amount we have paid. Which is not an acceptable answer as the service which we are getting on generic websites like goibibo, trivago, google etc. Is far cheaper than what gallivant is offering. At almost 40% less money, we privately booked hotel as per our need, avoiding loss from gallivant services.

I feel like cheated and surely not interested to deal with this firm anymore. I wish to have my money refunded as it's been a dead investment with them for almost an year and i have no confidence to approach them for any future dealings as what they had advertised earlier and what they are offering in practical is nowhere near to each other.

The sole purpose of taking the membership was getting at least 3 star hotels, hassle free bookings and saving money. Which is definitely an illusion. This seems to be fraudulent company to me.

Agar free mai movie ticket nhi denise thi toh nhi detection par atleat bolo toh caalll receive nhi kar raha ho aaplog or bolte hai 5 mon mai jawaab detection hai 10 mon mai jawwab dete hai

I also took the membership for 5 years in december 2017 id gipu-781 from baner, pune office after hearing from them in the 60 min session. Representative told us that after membership will get best travel plan and booking for hotel and air fare also club membership like symphony club and talwalkars with benifit. They told in the session that guide, breakfast and many such things will give free at the time of booking. All the hotels 3 star and above category. Prime club membership gym menbership. But while booking of hotel they are not responding in proper way, option is given very ordinary for that also they are charging amount
Later i try to call customer support representative in baner pune office. And found that office shifted to new location and numbers also changes. But haven’t received and change information such as address change, number change. After that i have visited on of the club in banner mention by them symphony club for gym facility and we been told that every option is paid like swimming, sauna bath jacuzzi lawn and hall booking.
I also ask for talwalkars gym coupon and been told that currently not available and provided in short time
After calling representative ambhuj and sandeep about this, they said that session representative might not aware about of facility. So, i am calling them for membership card and club member ship coupon and every time i am getting commitment that i ll get hotel booking & coupon in next month. Also not received any entertainment events notification and ticket
After thing are not happening. So i asked the refund. So they assured over telephone that in the month of june 2018 i will get all require things.
Now it’s been 9 month for this incident and still i haven't received my membership card / club membership or proper trip - hotel booking. I visited new office and found that office is closed from past one month, also contact number is off. So i felt like cheated.
Please let us know if any addition information is available on this,

When I had taken the membership It was compared with my existing membership of club mahindra who has much superior hotels . I was promised I can do the booking 7-15 days prior but had made a request 3-4 times for the booking and none of them were entertained. In 3 years I got only 1 booking that too on an outskirt of Delhi. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. Rather just do your bookings on websites where you would find hotels according to your dates

Company has cheated us ...What they promised they are not delivering and now the numbers are either switched off or Not existing...Even they are not replying through Mail as well... Whenever we tried calling there is ni response in these days...We want our Money back since we think it's not reliable company since no one is bothered and now we are scared since all the nos are Not existing or are Switched off

Even I was called many times to come and collect your gift and attend one hour session at Kurla Phoenix Market. After ignoring many times I felt into their trap and visited their office at Kurla on 24th June 2018. They will try to trap you into their fraudster marketing activities, even if you have 10, 000 INR they will beg you to pay that Amount. They keep promising that they will give free holidays, movies tickets, dinners,...

We joined this company as a member. They informed us about providing a free holiday package. We have been trying to contact them since 3.1/2 months but they are saying that all the bookings are full & that you can only book 1.1/2 month in advance. Not before that.
We dont understand that if 45 days advance can be booked how are the bookings full for 4 months. Our emails are not getting response.

Day before yesterday (22nd may) i had gone for a movie with my mom at pvr sion, mumbai. There i found a guy named chandan along with a form and asked for my name and contact number. He said he was from gallivant international. I didn't think much, he seemed to be a genuine person that time. I gave him my contact no. Yesterday afternoon (23rd may) he called me up saying that i have been selected as free gift winner and sent me this above message. He asked me to come to phoenix paragon plaza at 3pm tomorrow (24th may) along with my parents. He seemed to be a fraud over the call. I felt a bit fishy. Thus i wanted to know in detail about this free gift scam. I searched about gallivant international on the internet and thus learned that its a fake misleading company and they are not providing any free gifts. Anyone who has received such a similar call and has been called to phoenix paragon plaza to collect the gift, please do not go. Please do not entertain such fraudters. Just report at consumer complaints here. Please beware from such cheaters. Thank you.

On 19 April 2018, i have been to a similar holiday planner named gallivant international n fell into their trap.

I had received following msg:

they told me "Company was 13 Years Old & they are working last 3 year at this place"

I was trust them & pay 10K from Credit Card & they give me package was Rs.1, 20, 000/-, for remaining payment i was give them a post dated check.

After search google so i was found they are cheated too much people & all are negative feedback about gallivant international. even company also just a 2 years old means all information are fake & fraud.

So I try to call them and same they not respond my call.

try customer support so they said "No Refund" as per agreement.

Now I will start my Legal Process, So Lodge police complaint against company & Representative.

Gallivant international is a fraud company while selling their holiday package they promised 2 gym passes will be given every year and monthly event passes and summer camp for children and banquet booking every year. They have also mentioned the above things in the agreement which they made on stamp paper. They have not fulfilled their promise. Its a total fraud company

I have booked holiday package from gallivant international on oct-2017 but due to their unacceptable conditions post payment decided to opt out of the it.
Initially they told the amount will be refunded by 60-90 days but after tons of follow ups and meetings with different employees i got refund after 6 months. There we 2 occasion when the cheque issued was also bounced.

I need compensation for delay of refund from gallivant international

I paid a huge amount for 10 year membership. The guys whom i met and paid the money at there office both left the job. Company not answering my email and phone is off. Office shifted to new location and that is also closed.

Please be aware to make an deal with this company. If anyone already have paid and got cheated please contact me i am planing to take legal action.

I am heena khan and i just been mumbai gallivant internationals kurla office today.. I just want to say please dont fall prey to such type of companies, by just seeing the lucrative offers..
1. Though company claims that they are covering almost whole world`s hotels, but they dont have any office internationally. How they would be doing tie ups with international hotels without having office there..
2. Company is quite new so we shiuld not believe such companies who come, collect money and then may be disappearing.
3. How they are giving same package rate for national and international hotels??
Isnt this raise a question?? Is it possible?? No, never.
And that also for 30 years..
Even bank doesnt give same rate for 30 years..
4. 30 years is a big time. Such big company as per them, they are, but having office only in india that also 2 place..
5. Priviledges they are offering also is not believable.
When i told the manager, i think selvi was her name, she responded rudely. She was telling final it today only or leave it..
I[censored] think deeply about the package, u will come across more such issues..
Even if company is not fraud, then also it will become bankrupt soon and our money will be gone.. Rest your choice. Take care

We had paid a huge amount for a 5 year package and we were given relevant contact numbers for booking our holidays, now all the phone numbers are not working and the relevant people have vanished. The office on baner road too has closed down. The new office address near pimple saudagar is also a fraud it seems. I am planning to go to consumer court as i have their signatures on stamp paper promising me stuff. All those who affected should individually file complaints in consumer court.

Sir i anup anand have taken a membership in month of jan 2017 and paid a fixed amount and rest was to pay by emi since taking membership no one has ever called me or mailed me even after me reminding for emi they said some one would call but no one has called till now. Recently i want to book my hotel for holidays in singapore and malaysia so i called at thier nos but no one picks up the phone panicked i went to baner office to find it disappeared some how i managed to find the new location but now after seeing the new office am not confident whether will be able to get my bookings done from them spoke to the only lady in this part time office and ans from her were vague still as per her request i have mailed galliaviant my hotel needs but no one has answered till now. Now after searching google i am reading so much negative news about galliaviant travels and am unsure should i w8 for the bookings because my airtickets are already done and if i w8 for long hotel rates are shooting upwards every day i have mailed by requirment much before thoer 45 days time and am still w8ing for thier reply now i am getting desperate as everyday rates are going up and will cost me a bomb to paay at last moment inspite of paying such heavy amounts for thier membership i havnt got the free gym vouchers also as promised nor other benefits i feel like being cheated now can somebody help me [protected]

I'm a member of gallivant international from the month of july 2017. Since then i have tried for the bookings of hotel for more than 5 times and they have never done it, the employes in that company are so trained they never pickup the call at the time of bookings. Once i had a very bad experience, i tried to do the bookings of mahableshwar through gallivant and i sent a mail on their mail i'd about 45 days prior of the date i had planned for the trip, i got a reply, it will be done, and just before the day i had to leave i again got a mail from gallivant that my bookings were been cancelled and because of them also my trip it is a bull sh t company don't ever think of joining it, as of now they have finished targeting members of pune and started targeting mumbai people plz don't get under this company and let your money be safe for any information contact me on [protected]

I had visited many holiday plans before since many years like magic holidays, priority holidays, sterling holidays etc. All have same business model as they explain n they say that you have to decide today only, i didn't fell into those as i had read negative reviews online regarding those companies.

I took an international package and paid rs1, 80, 000 for a 10 yrs pkg. With the intenaltional package i was supposed to get 10 yrs of power gym membership, event passes across mumbai & summer camp vouchers. It has been 3 months now i have only received a welcome letter kit.
I have called the customer care nos numerous times and went there and met 2 people vishal (Sr. Manager) and neethi (Relationship officer)
Both promised me that they will look into the matter and help me, but all in vain.
I think i have lost my money

I have taken membership of gallivant international. Yet no any confirmation call received to me. Please acknowledge our complaint as early as possible.
Also no any contact number working which is provided by gallivant international. Also no any clue for their confirmation of membership. Company also promised me for emi option but it is not yet provided by them. During discussions of company's employees they told me different offers but in actual agreement paper it is different one. I feel totally frustrated and disappointed about actual terms and conditions which are in agreement.
