I had taken this membership in november where they followed model similar to magic holidays, priority holidays, sterling holidays etc. When i came back home and checked their reviews it was really bad and seemed like a scam. But since i had already swiped my card i was trapped and had no option.
I have been chasing them for hotel booking and stay voucher but its only getting revolved and rotated but no confirmations from them. The have also stopped picking up calls from my mobile number after me chasing them and leaving no opportunity for them to escape.
I feel cheated and scamed since now i have lost my money and now have nothing in return as well
They committed for gym voucher : but not received
They confirmed holiday : tired chasing them but nothing confirmed.
They confirmed free imagica voucher for 2 : no confirmation confirmed.

Complaint marked as Resolved Gallivant were slow but they have addressed all my concerns, they made sure my experience was good one and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
I also booked my membership in Nov 2017 but till now now membership card received, i have called multiple times to Pune Customer care, they never pick up a call, once by mistake they had picked my call but after that same issue. can you please let me know what is the way to cancel the membership.
