[Resolved]  Gamemela — Payment Deducted from Bank Account But Product Nowhere to be Found..

This "http://www.gamemela.com/" has a virtual currency of its own Known as Chips, u must use your card to buy chips.. then using chips you buy any product from the site. & so I was in desperate need of buying Steam codes from any store which might have it in stock.. well the webpage didn't even mention that its not in stock until i finally bought 700 chips worth 721 IN Rupees & Tried to buy steam codes from it... The course of action here would be to wait for them to get in stock & buy them... But I feel cheated, I have a feeling my money has been lost & i wont get the steam codes ever because I did a some research about gamemela by looking up on google & i found out that they have a youtube facebook & twitter account which all have not been updated since December 2014... I sent emails to both of their support email ids & no response.. the news on their webpage is of December 2014... I feel they have ceased their service since then.. But they still took my money & now those chips are just a waste lying around in my gamemela account.. Im suspecting Fraud.. Im a college student & i make money via odd jobs & monthly I make upto 1000 sometimes & as u can clearly see that 721 was hurts me a lot... PS: Couldn't find a photo of me.. So I uploaded my pan card instead. Should be well enough proof.

Hello Ash, First of all kindly accept my apology for the issue what you have faced. We were running out of stock of some epins during the period you made a purchase. But there was a proper announcement about the same on our Website and also on Facebook. When it comes to Facebook or other social media sites we are very much active on there, And what every query asked over there is been responded in less than 24 Working hours. You have also mentioned that you have posted your query on Support for which you never got an reply, I request you to share the ticket id, So that i can personally check and update you the status.
