I have purchase White label recharge software from Gandharv Telecom on 22nd June'15. And as per below trailing mail I have send many request to Merchant Mr. Suresh Sathe owner of Gandharv Telecom over mail regarding my work status but still my all work are pending from last 1 month. Also i have started work with Gandharv Telecom on 22nd June'15, at that time of joining i made a payment of Rs. 20000 by my credit card through Payu Money gateway for White label services admin panel to Gandharv Telecom. The receipt of Payu money has been attached with this mail. Also Mr. Suresh Sathe told me at that time my payment will be reflect in his account after 4-5 days. So, he unable to provide Admin panel and once my payment will be reflecting in merchant account he will be providing me my all services on same day of payment. I accept his statement at that time. And i have started work with him as a Master Distributor except Admin Panel and i have deposited Rs. 5000 as a Recharge balance to this company and within 4-5 days i have taken a balance of rs 25000 in 4-5 days. But after 4-5 days my all retailer transaction are showing pending and recharge amount has been deducted from retailers account but customer not credited any balance. The deatils of this transaction has been attached with this mail. Also when i discussed with Mr. Suresh Sathe he told me that wait for some time i will check and revert back to you. But no reply was came from him and when i called him again but he was not ready to pick my call and next day he told me that my Admin panel will be ready by tomorrow afternoon and all pending transaction will be cleared at the time of creating Admin Panel. But still my Admin Panel not created by Mr. Suresh Sathe and all pending transaction are still showing pending. From that day to today i havent received my services and me and my all retailers amount of approx Rs. 40000 are pending on Mr. Suresh Sathe and he is not ready to refund that amount. From last 20 days he is not ready to pick my call and not replying on my all mail has been send to him, . He also told me his office is located at Akluj & Pune. But, when i send my fiend on his both Akluj & Pune address his given address is not located at given address. I receive his actual address from Axis Bank and his residential address is located at near Akluj.
As my conversation with Mr. Suresh Sathe on 28th July'15 he told me that there is some problem in my rechargetool.com domain so i have created new domain allmobilerecharge.in and details has been shared with him as per his demand. And he told me that my old database has been uploading in new domain till evening. But still my services not activated. So, i am trying to call him for confirmation but he was not responding my call on that day. On next day same situation was happening again till afternoon and after that he was attended my call and told me that he wants 2 more days again to complete my work. I have talked with this person on 31st July'15 and he again said my all work will be completing before evening and also using this language "MAI KISI KE BAAP KA NAUKAR NAHI HU". But still today my work not completed. But when i say to him if you are not ready to complete my work then i will post complaint against you. On this statement he said i will doing your work till evening and he only prepared my web page instead of complete white label services on 3rd Aug'15 and after 4th August he has created my admin panel but this adimin panel is not working and when i discussed with him regarding this issue he told me that there is some error and he cant understand the exact issue in my panel so, he was sending my issue to 3rd party services to resolve this issue. And i am trying to call him from last 3 days but he is not responding on my call also when i called him yesterday he has put my call on Black list software.
I am trying to check my Master id provided by him but this is not opening from last 7 days, my total Rs.13700 amount is available in this ID but now i am unable to open that account and my total pending transaction amount approx Rs. 9087.88 is outstanding on Gandharv Telecom. I have pais software charged of Rs. 20000 to Mr. Suresh Sathe account on 22nd June'15 that means my total outstanding on Mr. Suresh Sathe is Rs. Approx 42000. The deatils of all amount is also attached with this mail.

Sir, for this payment i have taken a loan from Bank and still i am paying EMI from my pocket without any Returns on Investment.

Please find attached herewith all transaction copy of my retailer and myself for your reference.

So, i request you to please look in to this matter and help me to resolve this issue ASAP.
