Ganpati Honda — poor service and rude behavior

Dear sir /mam, i purchased honda activa 125 from ganpati honda varanasi. I would like to inform you that service of ganpati honda is very poor even they don't know how to handle the customers. There was staff named naushad, he is very rude. I went to ganpati honda varanasi for servicing of my bike at 12:00 o'clock and i waited there till 04:00 o'clock but they are not able to repair my bike. I spent 4 hrs there and i returned from ganpati honda without servicing of my bike. They don't know the value of customers time. I really embarrassed with ganpati honda service and it was my very bad experience with ganpati honda varanasi.
Sir /mam, this is my humble request you to kindly look into the matter and please improve the service quality of ganpati honda varanasi because they think that customers are fool. There was cashier at the counter. When i told him the incident he told me that do whatever you want, i don't care.
Sir, this is words of cashier. Nobody is care about the customers problem. There was a sales manager named veer tiwari, i asked him to mail id for feedback, first he laughed at me and told me that "itna kharab feedback hai ganpati honda ka..."i really embarrassed with ganpati honda and i don't want to go there never.
Really shameful work at ganpati honda varanasi.
