Ganpati Honda — poor service | |||
Hi, I went ganpati honda on 22nd feb 2018, 9:00 am for my honda activa service. I told them to check battery as there were issues in self start. When i enquired at evening around 4:45 pm of same day to know about the battery status then they asked so weird questions like "did i leave the battery to check", "what are issues you facing" etc. This is was really shocked to know while i already told them in morning about the issues. Later on when i went to pick my bike i noticed that they charged me for battery charging while as per note on invoice it was written that battery is dead. There were few arguments happened as i was even not able to start by battery which was earlier working fine. They asked for 1250 for the battery if i want to make it replaced though i denied looking at the condition of bike. On 26th feb (For 3 days i was on off so did not ride the bike) when i tried to ride my bike for office it starts stopping at turns and in between the roads. I complained about same and went to service center again on 26th evening. They checked and did a rpm tunings as per their information but as a disappointment i got same issue when heading towards my home. Seriously frustrated and upset about the service which ganpati honda did. They ruined my running bike and left me to not to use as it again. Was this information helpful? | |||
