On 13th june 2020, i contact ganpati packers and movers and mr. Rajkumar picked the call. He answered my call and asked me to receive a call from another number i. E. [protected]. I contact him in hyderabad to transport my 1bhk household goods such as bike, washing machine, fridge, kitchen items, trolleys, bags, etc.in raipur and done the deal at the final price of rupees 12000. I booked in the afternoon around 2:30 pm and deposited rupees 2000 via online payment mode by using different digital upi payments because the transaction was failed even after multiple attempts on the following id’s: ([protected] / [protected] / [protected]). A/c holder mr. Jagdish ifsc-sbin0050135 a/c no: [protected] & mr. Vikram a/c no: [protected]) somehow i paid token money and picking time they allotted at 4 pm but they came at 7 pm (Suraj bhan: [protected] and other four more persons) came to my home and packed my items till 8:15 pm (Images attached below to this mail) and loaded goods in the vehicle then i received a call from ([protected]) after 15min while loading was going on, he mentioned that calling from ganpati packers and he asked me to pay rupees 5000 in advance and the remaining amount i have to pay at the time of delivery. I agreed and also paid in cash to suraj bhan and after sometimes i received another call from ([protected]) from ganpati packers and movers office just to make sure that the goo are well packed or not and told me to pay the money but after receiving money and my household items they didn't provide any receiving documents, neither any article list nor insurance paper nothing, in fact, they didn't even tell anything about documents. When i asked they told me that it's already too late and not to worry about any items definitely they'll send each document on whatsapp and all goods will be handled carefully and deliver within 3 days only. The next day i was having a flight for raipur and i came to my home when i called him he said that i have to pay the remaining amount also in advance because in a lockdown they have less workforce so i transferred that amount at the same time, and he said this week you'll get your delivery. After 1 week i called him and he said that due to covid very few vehicles moving so by the next week i'll get my goods. When next week i called him he started scolding me by saying that you said you have 12 items but you have more than 20 items, therefore, you have to pay an extra amount of rupees 5000 then only you will get your goods because just for me they have to book separate vehicles and that will cost me around 5000 extra. I said that our deal was done at the amount of rupees 12000 then why shall i pay extra and i refused to give even a single buck and clearly said that no i won't give and you have to deliver at the same cost and i already paid you that full amount in advance itself. He said he'll try and after 1 week i called him, but he was in the same tune saying that i have to pay an extra amount of rupees 5000 then only i'll get my goods but i thought to make this deal cancel and i asked him to return my goods but neither he was ready to deliver nor he was canceling. Finally, i agreed to pay an extra 5000 amount but not to pay online and this time i request him to tell the office address or godown address there my friend will come and will pay you to cash in hand but not online because now i'm having a doubt on you. But he refused to give an office address and when i called another person ([protected] names i don't know yet but the same person who earlier asked me to pay 5000 advances) to ask about all the items and the documents instead he sent me 1 photo on whatsapp and said that see it is safe till now but if i do late then he will not be responsible. I approached my uncle, and he deals with them, and then somehow he ready to deliver my items and as well sent few documents on whatsapp but by hiding the document's heading name and, to whom it concerns.? After seeing the documents i called him and asked to send complete documents not to hide details but he disconnects my calls every time and after multiple calls and again after 22 days he sends me a tracking number and courier company name and that was delhivery.com i contact that company representative person name mukesh ([protected]) and he informed that a police complaint has lodged against my goods because it was kept more than a month in our godown and who kept we were not knowing someone came put and went without taking receiving and docket number but he assured me that we'll deliver your package and you can track it once it dispatches from our end but regarding your items, you have to contact ganpati packers and movers and on 24th august finally, i received my goods and the total number of packages was 20 but the items are missing in huge quantity and items also have been damaged badly. When the delivery person came to deliver that time i called rajkumar but he didn't pick my call and his team abused me and blocked me. Also, i tried contacting another number and asked them to provide me bill receipt but he is saying go and do whatever you want i'll not give.
