Oct 28th we have sent a parcel it's been a month...still now parcel not received yet... shipment details mentioned below...

We have sent this courier from Thanjavur (Tamil Nadu) to Sandiego USA.

We have asked million times there is no proper response and support from the agency.. according to them what they said is courier was sent wrongly to some where in USA. They blammed UPS and they said they are tracking... Yesterday we have enquired with UPS the statement given by them is shocking, they saying the courier not yet entered USA ...

I need proper solution or else I will go for legal... Don't test my patience level

    I have sent a parcel to my daughter in La Jolla, USA by Garudavega on 29/10/2021 by invoice number [protected].
    The parcel tracking status is showing as "import scan" at Louisvile, KY, USA from 03/11/2021 and is not yet delivered.
    Please arrange to deliver the parcel in next one week OR initiate refund .

      Courier reached very late

      We have given the courier items in the garudavega parcel office at velacheryy, Chennai on Oct 27 2021. We have been waiting for these package for the festival occasion. We didn’t get the tracking id until 6th November. Tried reaching out to Velqvherry office person but he didn’t pick my call. Recieved package after 14 days on Nov 10th. Package includes 5 box of sweets and sweets which weighs around 3-4 kgs and rate value of 1100Rs which...

      We shipped a package from India (Chennai) to Nashville, Tennessee USA on Thursday 27th October. We were already informed that there will be a delay due to Diwali celebration. We were promised a delivery in 10 days, but we agreed and sent anyway.

        A 24kg parcel has been booked on 25th October 2021 in garudavega courier services Anna Nagar. The origin is India and destination is Canada. Still the parcel is not delivered to destination point and there is no information about the parcel. No tracking number provided. There is no response from courier services either. Payment of Rs.16000 has been made immediately through gpay while the parcel is handed over. Please take action immediately and let us know the status of the parcel

            Inquiring about the status of my shipment, I have received no response from almost 4 locations they asked me to contact... don't trust this service with time-sensitive items...
            It's been almost 15 days and my shipment is still in India.
            they will simply disconnect the call if they don't have any update or answers... useless service...

              I have booked 4 consignments of diwali sweets to friends in USA from Coimbatore Garudavega office. (Receipt nos. [protected]. [protected], [protected] and [protected] ) on 28 oct 2021 from Coimbatore. Usually within 4/5 days you deliver the shipment. This time the parcels are still now are in India as per your tracking details.

              We booked 28th oct. Till now it is in India. It is almost 10+ days. This delay is totally unacceptable, since all items are sweets and eatable . There is no use of it. we are planning to raise legal complaint . We are not receiving any official message from you regarding delay from you.

                My cousin sent parcel from tirunelveli to los angeles on 26 th oct 2021 . I got tracking num only on 1 nov 2021. Today its 5th nov 2021 the tracking says only label created. No proper response from the team.. sent mail no response.. having worst experience with garudavega tis time.. on checking just now i knew so many ppl have same concerns.. v r helpless donno whom to contact n get details..

                  I booked parcel - 2 pieced Total 16 kg from Trichy branch on 24.10.21 Sunday to US .ON 30.1.21 TRACKING NO. 1Z5Y77X[protected] GIVEN. While seeing on Tracking no movement after 31.10.21 from Delhi is not known. On contact with UPS THEY INFORMED THAT NO IINFORMATION rec'd. for delivery details. Also no response from Trichy Vignesh Nagar branch rec'd. so for. What about mu parcels sent to USA ? Now 23 days lapsed. Respond urgently.

                    We hand over the package on Oct 31st to Garuda vega courier home service, in ups they accepted on Nov 2nd till now it is not went to destination, still it is in delhi, no proper response from anyone from your end. Pl accept my request and do forward

                      Garudavega one of the worst company to ship with. They will not work the way that they advertise or publish in their website. I have shipped an item from India to USA expecting that it will be delivered in 3-5 days. I shipped the item on Oct-27-2021 and today is Nov-4-2021, they took 6 days to get the tracking number. When i check the tracking number in UPS.com it shows "Label Created" since Nov-3-2021 and shows "Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date". In Garudavega tracking it shows the status as "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." When reached to the customer care that is another pathetic service, I waited in line as it says expected wait time is 10 mins and after 10 mins call gets disconnected. Tried multiple times and the same thing was happening. When asked with the agent where we shipped the item there is no response from him. We shipped from Tirupur, Tamil Nadu

                          1Z63XV[protected].My package was sent from trichirappalli, tamilnadu on october 26.After 5 days I got the tracking number showing label created.what is the reason of this delay?                             Booked a parcel to US. sent on 22nd from coxtown garudavega office, the items were not packed properly by the courier person rakesh as he told that the packing will be done in yeshwanthpur HUB. the box was delivered on 29/10/21 but the sweets were missing and only the empty sweet box was available in parcel box. immediatel informed rakesh courier person in coxtown but he told to raise a complaint.

                                Hi, I booked courier on 25th oct to singapore .it shows the status as in new delhi on 27th oct, after that no updates on it.we tried to call UPS .they are asking us to follow local courier and investigate.The lady who is in charge of local courier(sathy road, coimbatore ) not giving proper answer, asking us to raise complaint and cut the call abruptly.the service is very poor.we are expecting things for deepavali .please do something

                                  I have sent a Consignment to USA from your Ganapati, Coimbatore br on 27th, October, 2021. The tracking order facility provided in your website is not working at all. I have tried to contact the Ganapati br people, needless to say their response was pathetic. Neither the live chat nor customer service number provided also not working.

                                  What should I to get the tracking details.
