Shipment on hold not delivered

I booked two consignments to USA on 4/2/2021 . One booked to Peoria, USA almost reached. The second one Vide invoice No[protected], through Coimbatore office, on verifying the tracking No. [protected], shows SHIPMENT ON HOLD DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITION, for the past 3 days. The contents in the shipment are eagerly awaited for a special occasion. Shipped thro' DHL Courier.
The consignment is currently @ LEPEIG, GERMANY, please let...

I booked a consignment to Virginia, USA on 4/2/2021 @ your Coimbatore franchise vide : invoice No. [protected] in the name of Lakshman Muthusamy Devrajan. Tracking No.

I find from tracking the shipment is ON HOLD @ LEPEIG, GERMANY, DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITION for the past 3 days. Please let me know the steps taken by DHL and when will the shipment be delivered, since the shipment is expected for special occassion. I have sent many shipments to USA but got struck in this shipment. Another shipment sent to USA, Peoria has been delivered.
Please inform me immediately the position at the present location.

      I sent a few pickles. masala powders, some shoes and silk clothes to my newly wed daughter in Fremont, US on 20th January from Bangalore, Indiranagar branch. The parcel reached my daughter on tuesday, 26th to my daughter. Very very disappointing that all clothes were spoilt with oil leakage from pickle packets. Even the leather shoes were spoilt. We are new to this service. So the concerned person should know how to pack things properly. The person assured that he has packed the pickle properly and it will not leak. We heard so much about Garuda vega services but are very disappointed. We have a loss of nearly 25-30 thousand INR .I am sending pics

        I would like to draw your kind attention that I have sent 10(ten) items from Kolkata Amherst St. Branch on 21.01.2021 vide Invoice No.[protected] (photocopy enclosed) to Anish Mukherjee, 5637-S Kenwood Ave Apt 2B Chicago IL[protected] which has been delivered to that address without a Sweater mentioned at sl.10 as reported to me over phone.

        I, therefore, request you to please check it at your level to trace the black with white and grey designed on the chest Sweater and arrange to send the said item to aforementioned address as soon as possible.

        Your early action will be highly solicited.

          I booked a parcel to U.S. from Tirupati vide receipt number [protected] dated 15-12-20. It was informed that the parcel would reach with in a week's time, however the parcel reached on 05-01-21. As the parcel reached after 20 days, the sweets got spoiled. It is learned from your call centre that parcel was at Tirupati seven to eight days and reached Hyderabad around 23-12-20. It clearly shows that the parcel was lying at Tirupati even after a week's time, that is why the sweets got spoiled. It is requested to refund the amount.

            I had booked parcel to US from INDIA from one of your Garudavega branch on 4th nov 2020. it’s been 22 days and still the package has not reached.. also we could track the tracking number. we need to know what happens to the package.we have filed a complaint on NCH regarding this issue.

                Sir, on Nov 7th we have sent parcel to USA...from Trichy branch (vignesh nagar) .we got the booking ID the next day...after that no response from the branch or tracking no..so we tried to contact them many times they totally switched off the mobile..so we got confused and couldn't call anybody..day before yesterday we send SMS then they replied with some ups tracking..and the product reached by 18th Nov just now..we are totally disappointed by the service and the service provider..most of the eatables got spoilt..the purpose not solved even its gives us mental stress..I m expecting a valuable reply from the concern..or else I ll take this issue to a bigger way I promise...

                  Its been more than a month my father sent courier to me via Garudavega Bangalore Karnataka.
                  The package has still not reached me. I contacted the UPS in USA and they Informed the package is lost.
                  I have been calling customer care at least 4 times and each time, call gets disconnected after some time and I received a message that i would be called back. I never got any call back.
                  I want to know the status regarding my reimbursement. Below are the proof for reference.

                      I sent 2 packages to Redmond Washington USA on 5th of November .On tracking it was found that one package has been delivered and the other one is damaged and it is reported to the sender.                         We have sent package to kuwait on Nov 5th it is 14h nov and no clue about package. The service provider is not providing us bill and not recieving our call. Pathetic service. We need our money refunded back and sue the davangere garudavega office. There is no response and providing bill. They collected extra money from us INR5800.

                          I booked one parcel at Nanganallur branch under no [protected] on 07_11_2020 to New jercy. I have not yet supplied with tracking no for this parcel. Pl intimate the same with present position of my parcel. Thanks .

                            I am in USA and called customer care at least 4 times. Each time, call gets disconnected after some time and I received a message that i would be called back. I never got any call back. I sent an email with my query but not received any response. I find it highly unprofessional and lack of respect for customers.

                            My query was my wife left behind her dentures in India and want them to be shipped to Washington DC. These are used dentures. Please let me know at least now whether we can ship them to USA from India. If so, what is the procedure. Thank you. Please email [protected]@gmail.com

                                  We have handed over to Garudavega on 8th october for shipment from Tadepalligudem, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh to USA. Till now we didn't receive any tracking number and no response inspite of repeated requests

                                    We couriered electronic items (Desktop, ps4 and cds) and clothes to dublin, ireland. We were told that the packages will be opened once at delhi customs and will be repacked by garudvega person post which they will not be opened again. The package was properly packed by the courier service at home, however, when it reached dublin, the overall packing was fine but on the inside the packing of desktop was not done properly and hence it broke completely (Photos attached). A lot of cds were also broken. When we asked the courier service to share repacked photos of courier in delhi, they did not have them and claimed that they had packed it properly and that they can do nothing if the desktop broke. We had specially asked them if they can courier electronic item like desktop and they had reassured us that no issue will be caused and they take care of complete packing. Now they are not taking any responsibility for this damage and we are not even being refunded the bare minimum amount.
