Hello sir/madam

We sent a package to us from chennai through garuda vega services on 4th october and i have been following up for close to a month and they were always saying it is newyork customs and their website was never updated and suddenly i saw an update saying in transit and when i asked them they are saying concerned team yet to share the tracking number and yesterday they are saying package is lost and we willl refund money but i have important documents on it and they told me they will give an update in 24 hrs no one called and when i called today they are saying you can do what ever you want we
Can face it legally, request your help here to stop this company’s fraud

Garudavega chennai branch- t.nagar, we sent food (masala)material to Irvine USA,
where buyer have to pay Import duty charges, they are still urging us to pay the amount immediately, we are ready to pay the amount, but nobody from garuda vega taking action against this to pay the amount.
Kindly take essential steps to get solution for this.

    Sir,
    Garudavega committed through e-mail for refund of shipping charges and goods value for non-delivery of my consignment sent to my daughter nikhita gaddam. After pursuing the matter i received an e-mail from them that the refund has done already on 11/10/2018. But i have not received any amount from garudavega to my account. Bank authorities asked me to get transaction details of garudavega. Same was informed and requested to send me the transaction details. Now garudavega is silent not replying to my mails. They have cheated me and caused lot of mental agony. Garudavega mails attached for your information and necessary action.

However, when they are arrived in usa - nj pickles leaked & oil spilled. : (. It was huge disappointment to us after believing gsrudavega.. Not worth, value for our money.. Inconvenience caused to me

        Need reply and refund regarding my shipment above, i dont understand how long you can survive with this stealing business.

        Boxed package was fully sealed with no holes and there is no way that it can be missing at the customs or someother place, so please don't comeup with such kind of bull [censored] excuses. I don't care what you do, i need the refund for my items back along with the shipping fees associated with those items. The total value of missing items along with the shipping costs is 4000rupees.

          Regarding courier#[protected]

          My package is missing 3items which includes 2kgs big tea powder boxes and 1kg dryfruits. The weight on my invoice was 27kgs and the weight when i received the box was 24kgs, i lost the trust in your company where there is no ethics and didn't expect such cheap stealing business from shameless idio*ts like you #*.

          I would need a resolution asap, otherwise you will have to face serious consequences. I have captured everything in a video, right from opening the boxed package and unpacking all the items. Boxed package was fully sealed with no holes and there is no way that it can be missing at the customs or someother place, so please don't comeup with such kind of # excuses. I don't care what you do, i need the refund for my items back along with the shipping fees associated with those items. The total value of missing items along with the shipping costs is 4000rupees.

          I will sue your company if i dont hear back from you.

            Hi, a parcel was sent to belgium with tracking number [protected] . I have already paid more than 7000 rs for that and also was told no need to pay even a single penny extra on this, but now dhl is charging 2000 rs/- extra as import charges, but regular import duties also only 500/- rs. Please look into this matter and refund my money

              Am from nagercoil I sent my first parcel to USA with Garudavega courier service on 6/4/2018 about 24 kg for 13, 000. When my sis received the parcel the 3set of fancy anklet price about 1000 was missed so we complaint to Garudavega, after a month I got a call in that she asked me to sent my bank details, that they are ready to give refund for missing item so I sent all my details it's almost 3 months till now I didn't receive any refund from CHEATING STUPID GARUDAVEGA from this I realize it's not Garudavega its kallavega (means in English thief) it's a worst courier service and stole all customers products please don't sent any parcel through this courier service.

              Felt very bad about club Mahindra they wasted my precious time.yesterday when I was at work I got a call from club Mahindra in that he said that they selected my family along with 60 families for free lucky trip from club Mahindra to 38 places all over India for free vacation trip because of purchase of my new breeza car from maruthi suzuki.they request me attend a meeting held by them in hotel reech at nagercoil on today with my whole family.they said they wont ask me to pay for vacation and they said they wont ask any id proof they said they'll ask only my mail ID for sent my vacation voucher.on next day they call me again and again so I told them that I was not interested on free vacation trip so I told them about my decision but they compel my family to visit them and they said they came from Chennai only for us to provide free vacation trip voucher.they call me again and again so I send my son to meet them but they didn't allowed him and they asked him to come with family so I went with my family .they asked me to fill membership form and started to explain me about membership in that they asked me to pay 3, 00, 000 with emi for year, in that they will provide only for resort not for food and transport only for 21day they asked 300000 and atspot they asked me to pay 30000 for single vacation and they started to brain wash my family and compel me.so I realize that club Mahindra is FRAUD CHEATING THEY'LL BRAIN WASH THEY WONT PROVIDE ANYTHING BUT THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL PROVIDE FOR FREE but that's not true.so this is awareness for my Tamil people please don't believe them.

                Refunds apart. This is our first transaction with garudavega and we are very must disappointed with the service.
                Looks like the box was intentionally taken. There was a list included in every separate box with the contents which is also missing for that box.

                We dont know the process of invoice, it is your staff who verified each content before packing, she should have enter individual items in the invoice. How should we take the blame that the item is missing from the invoice?

                The core point is our trust with garudavega was lost. The contents of the email looks there is no intention to check the root cause of the issue instead inquiring the credentibility of our complaint.

                  Honest review guys,,,, if you want your package to be safe and sound send through dhl, garudavega hyderabad is the worst,,,, i was about to receive a package one year ago. They previously said my stuff is with customs but it was all lies... These guys did not scan my stuff and sent to dhl and i had a small silver ring next to invisible which dhl got in their scanning and charged garudavega 20000/- (Again as told by them, i asked them to send the proof but nothing received).

                  My total stuff is worth 40000/-+5000/- (Their charges for parcel). Everything is been hijacked by garudavega and they asked me pay 20000/- more to release my stuff. These people can play with your emotions, make you mentally sick and waste lot of time and money. Even, they haven't returned the courier charges. I had my share of waiting, and still waiting.

My aadhaar card[protected], dt[protected], from visakhapantam dwarakanagar branch for the below mentioned items are missed, our of 7 items 4 items are not there i. E dresess, -6 nos, vol of goods 2400, pants qty -2, rs. 1, 000/- inners-18 qty rs 900/-, wishper packs rs. 900/- please make it enquiry and arrange for loss of the above items not reached to my daughter

                      I am nagercoil and send corier to usa from abi travels nagercoil branch on 21st march and i have some few concerns
                      1. No tracking number was provided till today even after making numerous calls to nagercoil branch and finally got through customer care from head office branch
                      2. The branch dealer kanaga doesnt know how to speak with customers as he was using abusing words
                      3. The shop representative promised me to send in 4 days and now got to know it will take extra 3 days
                      But my main concern is secong point he was a dealer and doesn't know how to speak

                        We found our products worth 5000 rs missing from our courier.. We have made consignment before also with garudavega.. This was from mumbai and from there for the first time... The mumbai staff need to be managed properly than refunding the amount garudavega has approved.. Its not easy for us to courier those 5 cloths to usa in 150 rupees which you have approved as refund. Need to take proper step than such escaping refunds.. Expecting better service like before.

                          I have booked for home pickup 2 weeks before and the velachery branch person told he will pickup but for 4 days he didn't come then i told i will cone to location in person. But when i searched the location it's very far from my home. Again i called that person and he told he won't come and telling me to come to courier shop. Worst behaviour. He delayed me for nearly 2 week and then i told i will send through another courier he told fine proceed. I booked on dhl and they provided the service same day and also free pickup. These people charging but not provided proper servicev

                            I am writing this email to complain on missing packet and couple of opened parcels.

                            I actually visited your store on 31st october 2017 to drop a parcel destined to reach usa (Attached here the invoice copy).

                            Today my brother received the courier (Ist morning hours 07th nov) and said me that the 'non-veg pickle' packet is missing in the box.

                            Also found that there are couple of packets in open state - appearing like they are cut with a blade. Also, the quantity of the items we have packed in these open packets are reduced - meaning something happened and the items were taken out.

                            Kindly check this on priority and provide me more details on what happened? And why its missing?

                            How can you help & compensate me delivering the missing packet?

                            Forgot to mention, the non-veg pickle weight is between 3 to 3.5 kgs.

                            The 2 opened (appearing like cut with blade) parcels is missing almost 300 grams each.

                            300 Grams * 2 Packets = 600 Grams
                            non-veg pickle = 3.25 (Average weight)

                            Totally 3.85 KGS of parcel is missing.

                            Kindly consider this and take necessary action.

                              I have sent consignment to uk from velachery, chennai branch, vide invoice number [protected] dated 14/10/2017. So for consignment was not received by the receiver, further tracking details and other details regarding delivery of the consignment were also not provided to both sender and receiver. We expect the delivery would have been reached the end user in correct time. But has not happen in my case. We require the delivery to take place immediately.,

                                I have booked express delivery service for 32.5 kg on 31st july2017. My invoice number is [protected]. When i check for the status it was not showing anything. I called the customer care they said my courier was booked in economy when i paid for express service how can u people deliver it on economy. As my purpose of express shipping has not been done that because of your mistake i want my money back. If the goods are damaged because of your late delivery i claim for the damaged too.                                   I have booked a courier weighing 27.5 kgs to tampa us. On 27th. June 2017.
                                  Invoice number [protected]. I did not get the tracking number till today. I was asking the booking agent all these days for the same but in vain.
                                  When i called your customer care on phone number[protected] the person who spoke to me was very un polite and rash. He simply said you just told me about that and that he needs to verify.
                                  Is it not your duty to send the tracking number to the customer as soon as the parcel is sent.
                                  Few questions need to be answered.
                                  Did you book the parcel at all?
                                  If you have booked the same it should generate the tracking number immediately?
                                  Is it proper for the person in the front office to reply to the customer in the way he did?
                                  He simply said he will call back in an hour and nothing materialized.
                                  When i tried to reach them now all the phones are switched off all means,

                                  I have been suggesting your courier services to my frds around but i need to think twice before doing so.

                                    I sent a consignment (food articles) to Mrs.Sukanya Vijayakumar, 2470 E Coconino Dr., Chandler, AZ85249, USA on 20th of this month through your office at Adambakkam, Chennai. So far the consignment has not reached the destination till date. I received a receipt from your office in the name of SCL Company. He told me that the consignment has been delivered through FedEx. and the tracking number is[protected]FedEx). I forward herewith the scan copies of the receipt and his visiting card (S.Neol) for your information. But he put a name board as Garudavega Courier Service in his office premises.
                                    2. You please look into the matter immediately as the consignment we sent is completly food articles.

                                      My shipment no. Is [protected] sent on march 4 from India to usa which went on hold with dhl due to silver ring in the package.I have contacted various people in dhl to release the package for the return and everyone said that it has to be given back to garudavega if they claim back...It's more than a month now...All the executives at Hyd office are rude, unable to reply and even lie to the customers saying your package is with customs and you have to pay the fine...Now when it is clear it is with dhl people they are still taking hell lot of time just to return...So poor service...Please get back my package properly asap.

                                        On 31 st Jan I booked a box packed with wooden pujamandir, from Nakkavanipalem branch Visakhapatnam, to Minneapolis, USA, paying Rs 29440/-towards transport charges vide invoice no 25689.I was told no other charges like customs be paid, and shipment will be on 4 th Feb from Hyd. Subsequently I was informed another 4025/-rupees have to be paid towards customs clearance and no receipt be given for that.shipment did not take place so far.Now they say the consignment will be returned, if additional amount is not paid..when I ask if it attracts customs duty at other end, they are not sure.Had your agent at VSP told me these implications I would not have purchased the article and shipped it.I was put to un warranted financial drain due to misinformation.Kindly react on the matter and inform me .
