Sir,
Garudavega committed through e-mail for refund of shipping charges and goods value for non-delivery of my consignment sent to my daughter nikhita gaddam. After pursuing the matter i received an e-mail from them that the refund has done already on 11/10/2018. But i have not received any amount from garudavega to my account. Bank authorities asked me to get transaction details of garudavega. Same was informed and requested to send me the transaction details. Now garudavega is silent not replying to my mails. They have cheated me and caused lot of mental agony. Garudavega mails attached for your information and necessary action.

As per your e-mail dated october 10, 2018, garudavega management has to refund shipping charges and goods value with in 5-7 working days for my undelivered garudavega courier consignment sent to my daughter staying in denver, usa. But so far no charges refunded. Please do the necessary action as an early date to keep up your promise as stated in your e-mail.

where buyer have to pay Import duty charges, they are still urging us to pay the amount immediately, we are ready to pay the amount, but nobody from garuda vega taking action against this to pay the amount.
Kindly take essential steps to get solution for this.
