I am a customer of Gathbandhan Matrimony Pvt. Ltd. from Last December. I have made a call to a number which was there in an advertisement of Bengali Sunday Ananda Bazar Patrika (bride wanted column). Then I was trapped in that company. After then they repeatedly called me to register into their services. For this they had sent a divorced profile (eventually that came out as a fake profile) in my whats app No. Even they made a conference call with him. The profile was liked by me and I rushed to their office to take their services. Then they have assured me that they have many more profiles with there and those are Professor, Doctor etc. high profiles and never married profiles so why I have searching for Divorced profile. They told me to register on their services by paying 35000/- and unlimited high profile will be served by them. I trusted them and trapped to register by paying Rs. 35000/- by one time. But they have not provided any suitable profile still rather they have provided some fake profile which are no longer exist. I repeatedly asked their to provide the profiles but they continuously told to wait for some days.
After few days I had to pay again Rs. 5000/- as some of them have called me and again reported that from then she is looking my services and for this some minor amount have to pay for transfer the services from The existing service Manger to her. But still they have not provided any such suitable and matching profile as they have assured me.
Being an Assistant Professor in a College I feel very much ashamed by myself as I have trapped by Ms. Neha Agarwal, Mr.Kuldeep, Mr. Kartik Paul, Ms. MIthu and day by day they have insulted me. One day Mr. Kartik Paul called me and told for to provide 10000/- more so that I can get more lucrative profile from their end as 40000/- is not so much to provide me the high profiles as they have the profiles of Rs. 75000/- or 1, 00000/- . So I have to wait for the profiles those are suitable in Rs. 40000/-.(!!!)I had assured Mr. Paul that I will pay 10000/- when the marriage will be fixed. Then Mr. Paul Said then 50000/- will be required and that will be cleared in a court Paper.
I want the justice regarding this and I am very much frustrated and disappointed with their behavior and I know that day by day they are doing same game with other customers also. This company is totally fraud and fake and they are doing the business by cheating all.
Please give me the proper justice and I want my 40000/- cash back and their punishment so that they cannot harm any other’s life. Was this information helpful? |
