Gathbandhan Matrimony — Fake assurance

I have registered to gathbandhan Matrimony for rs 51000. Only 1 profile has been accepted by us, the others are not to our preferences. When confronted with the matrimony agents, to share other preference profiles, they are giving pressure to accept from the shared profiles only. They are behaving like we have opted for free services with no preference. Even we directly contacted other members of matrimony, they have been duped with same fake assurances even paying for rs 35000 twice. We were been informed this is their trick to let the registration get expire then they will ask for renewal and same DRAMA will continue. When we visited the matrimony Bangalore office Sunanda and Kusum gave 100% guarantee of successful service. We were asked to go for rs 1 lakh fast track service. They have shown their true colors now. Earlier when we complained, our profile was getting handled by Shantanu Ghoshal, whose behavior is worst. Now if we get connected to Kusum also she talks in a manner that we have bored her talking about weather and gives cut direct. Nowadays we are getting call from matrimony customer care everyday asking if we have registered, like they are taking attendance in classroom. I will give rating of 0 for this matrimony, no service provided.
