Gathbandhan Matrimony — False assurance with unethical behavior once consumer asks for information accuracy

Gathbandhan made a fake assurance with a fake profile I was interested to and not willing to share the details once I made the payment. Rather they were trying to divert into different directions with some foolish justifications. I sent them a mail explaining all this but did not receive even a single reply till now. I spoke with Neha from Gathbandhan Bangalore admin team and she assured to refund my amount once I proved all these fraudulent activities. But time is passing by with no more further update even within a month . Even I don't know how many days it take to get the amount credited as per official procedure. Once I am calling to Gathbandhan number, I am just getting hatred and great humiliation as if I am begging to them. +91-[protected] is Gathbandhan's number to reach.

I have all the proofs with the fake profile. I am eagerly looking for justice please.
