2. Failure to Deliver Services: Despite paying for their services, the company failed to deliver on their promises. They did not provide me with genuine and suitable matches, and their customer support was unresponsive.
3. Misleading Advertisements: The company's advertisements and website claims were misleading, promising a high success rate in finding suitable partners. However, their services did not match these claims.
