Hi this is Atanu. I have reallocated from Bangalore to Njp by Gati-KWE with a Docket no of[protected].Its a House hold product of 76 item. Firstly they have delivered all unbroken item of 33, After that they have taken 15 days to deliver my other products. in that i have side by side door Fridge the door of the fridge is damage, i have one diwan which was broken and brought to me inside lots of goods is missing one expensive Persian carpet missing, Dining table chairs broken, Mattress all spoil, . I have called to customer care regarding this but they are not responding me properly. Now i dont have any option what to do. Even gati sales manager of Bangalore i have spoken but not responding properly.

Updated by gauravblr My cupboard and computer table broken and lots of my household goods broken due to rough handling. one important thing lots of my kitchen item like mixer grinder and more item are missing. Now tell me one thing after spending so much of money who will send the item through gati if they provide like that service with very poor customer service

i have given complain more then 20 days back still now you are resolving its really funny. Kindly do as soon as possible i have attached the photo for my loss if you don't believed send some one to home. Let him see and do the needful as soon as possible. Simply don't give assurance for that. Do make the resolution as soon as possible.
