Dear Sir/ Mam,

1. I the undersigned am a commissioned Officer in the Indian Air Force.

2. I recently got posted from air force station Bareilly to Air force Academy hyderabad.

3. Unfortunately i happened to send a small portion of my luggage with gati. Docket No.[protected]. the luggage was carrier's insured ! and not owner's risk.

4. Annexed herewith are few photographs of two guitars received at hyderabad. In the photographs you will see that they have been brutally damaged !

5. It was my first experience with gati and surely the last. I would also educate my fellow officers and men under my command, so that hard earned money of the guardians of the country doesn't get wasted away like this.

How are you even allowed to give an option of shipper's risk? You are transporting it then how the hell can it be on the shipper's risk ###?

      The docket number was working until yesterday. Since morning no data can be found through online docket query. After submitting the docket number system askes to 'check docket number'.
      But, the shipment has not arrived.

        No Response and delivery of goods from Packer & Movers

        I have shifted from Mumbai to Gwalior due to lockdown and office allow is to work from Home. Therefore i have delivered my household items and 2 wheeler through Gati Packers and Movers on 29.07.2021 and Paid 90% Amount of Rs.43K to company. They told me that goods will be reach gwalior by 01.08
        2021. But now they are telling the vehicle is halt at indore due to some issue and now they are not lifting my phone call nor reply my normal...

        I am really frustrated with gati now. My docket number[protected] is late for 2 days now. Today the status was showing out for delivery but I did not get any phone call and the status automatically change to Undelivered due to force majaure external reasons.Really pathetic service from gati. I even lodged a complaint[protected] days back but no remedial action was taken.

              Hi this is Atanu. I have reallocated from Bangalore to Njp by Gati-KWE with a Docket no of[protected].Its a House hold product of 76 item. Firstly they have delivered all unbroken item of 33, After that they have taken 15 days to deliver my other products. in that i have side by side door Fridge the door of the fridge is damage, i have one diwan which was broken and brought to me inside lots of goods is missing one expensive Persian carpet missing, Dining table chairs broken, Mattress all spoil, . I have called to customer care regarding this but they are not responding me properly. Now i dont have any option what to do. Even gati sales manager of Bangalore i have spoken but not responding properly.

              My cupboard and computer table broken and lots of my household goods broken due to rough handling. one important thing lots of my kitchen item like mixer grinder and more item are missing. Now tell me one thing after spending so much of money who will send the item through gati if they provide like that service with very poor customer service

              i have given complain more then 20 days back still now you are resolving its really funny. Kindly do as soon as possible i have attached the photo for my loss if you don't believed send some one to home. Let him see and do the needful as soon as possible. Simply don't give assurance for that. Do make the resolution as soon as possible.

                I was expecting a consignment[protected] yesterday 3rd August. I received a call from the delivery person at 11:30 am asking for address details.
                However by 5 pm the status on your site shows the consignment was delivered.
                I HAVE NOT received the consignment and there is no satisfactory response from customer care

When we tried to contact them, they are not taking responsibility and shouting also. They blocked us.We took their number from JustDial even they are not doing anything

                              The services of gati are really dissatisfactory. My company is using their services for the last one month. They never pick up the packages in time and delay it for 2-3 days in only pick up. You can imagine how much problem and delay they must be creating in delivery of the packets. I have started a new company and and selling on Amazon and number of payments have been cancelled by Amazon on account of late delivery by gati. I have to call number of times to request them to pick up my orders. Moreover their boys ask for money if they have to come more than once from my company. I have number of times given them cash amounts to pick up my orders. I have lost almost 15000 because of late delivery of my goods till now.

                                On 20.07.2021 I couriered my two wheeler and 4 bags from Chennai (Pin: 600045) to Ranchi (Pin: 834002). I paid the full amount on 21.07.2021. But still I have not received the Docket number nor I know the status of my courier.
                                I am continue calling the concern person (Mob: [protected]) but he is not receiving my calls.
                                It has been One week and still I don't know the status of my luggage.
                                Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                                  This is with regards to treatment of customers by GATI Ltd. The docket number of my cargo is[protected]. Despite of multiple calls to customer care and emails to them, I am unable to get a proper response or deliver time from them. It has been a week overdue now. It is not some small courier. Its a 2 wheeler vehicle. Inspite of promising door to door delivery, they are asking me to pick it up myself which is not possible. Please take required action

                                    20/07/2021 was the date of assured delivery of my shipment
                                    The delivery agent called me at 9:05 PM on 20/07/2021 & informed me that he would deliver my package on or after 21/07/2021
                                    Now the website shows my shipment delivered whereas I haven't received it
                                    Customer Care insisted I complain through their WhatsApp chatbot which even after repeated attempts showed "Service is down"

                                      [protected] Docket rcvd only 4 items instead of 5 items. Complaint has been registered on 14 July2021. Till now there is no update on my missing item. I was written consignment form while taking deliver and updated as only received 4 items instead of 5. More than 100 hours completed and there is no update on my missing item. Consignment form which was signed was uploaded for reference.
