Hi this is Atanu. I have reallocated from Bangalore to Njp by Gati-KWE with a Docket no of[protected].Its a House hold product of 76 item. Firstly they have delivered all unbroken item of 33, After that they have taken 15 days to deliver my other products. in that i have side by side door Fridge the door of the fridge is damage, i have one diwan which was broken and brought to me inside lots of goods is missing one expensive Persian carpet...

I was expecting a consignment[protected] yesterday 3rd August. I received a call from the delivery person at 11:30 am asking for address details.
However by 5 pm the status on your site shows the consignment was delivered.
I HAVE NOT received the consignment and there is no satisfactory response from customer care...

My luggage and TV is transported from Pune to Indore on 31.07.2021 and it reached Indore on 04.08.2021.My TV come broke. When we tried to contact them, they are not taking responsibility and shouting also. They blocked us.We took their number from JustDial even they are not doing anything...

I have not received my consignment & on the gati tracking site it mentioned that I received my consignment today at 16:51.
Kindly update on my consignment & delivery....

My docket number is still invalid after 24 hrs of pick-up. Number is[protected]. Please help. It's an important parcel which needs to be delivered by Friday...

I booked a courier from Pathankot Punjab to Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh on 29/07/2021. I was able to track the shipment with the above mentioned docket number earlier but I am unable to track now.
Can you please help....

My package is coming from Mumbai to Lucknow untill yesterday the docket number was accessible and showing the track records. Today there is no data found on the same docket number. Resolve my problem. I am dissatisfied with your services. I am unaware of my packages!...

Till yesterday my docket number was valid and the package was in transit. Today I entered the docket number and no data found is written. None of the agents or helpline is picking up calls...

The services of gati are really dissatisfactory. My company is using their services for the last one month. They never pick up the packages in time and delay it for 2-3 days in only pick up. You can imagine how much problem and delay they must be creating in delivery of the packets. I have started a new company and and selling on Amazon and number of payments have been cancelled by Amazon on account of late delivery by gati. I have to call...

On 20.07.2021 I couriered my two wheeler and 4 bags from Chennai (Pin: 600045) to Ranchi (Pin: 834002). I paid the full amount on 21.07.2021. But still I have not received the Docket number nor I know the status of my courier.
I am continue calling the concern person (Mob: [protected]) but he is not receiving my calls.
It has been One week and still I don't know the status of my luggage.
Please look into this matter...

This is with regards to treatment of customers by GATI Ltd. The docket number of my cargo is[protected]. Despite of multiple calls to customer care and emails to them, I am unable to get a proper response or deliver time from them. It has been a week overdue now. It is not some small courier. Its a 2 wheeler vehicle. Inspite of promising door to door delivery, they are asking me to pick it up myself which is not possible. Please take required...

20/07/2021 was the date of assured delivery of my shipment
The delivery agent called me at 9:05 PM on 20/07/2021 & informed me that he would deliver my package on or after 21/07/2021
Now the website shows my shipment delivered whereas I haven't received it
Customer Care insisted I complain through their WhatsApp chatbot which even after repeated attempts showed "Service is down"...

[protected] Docket rcvd only 4 items instead of 5 items. Complaint has been registered on 14 July2021. Till now there is no update on my missing item. I was written consignment form while taking deliver and updated as only received 4 items instead of 5. More than 100 hours completed and there is no update on my missing item. Consignment form which was signed was uploaded for reference....

My docket number[protected] has been out for delivery for a few days and today it is showing that my docket has been delivered but it has not been delivered. I got my product from Amazon and they delivered it through Gati and gati support says that it's been delivered but I didn't receive anything. Please help...

My name is Barnali Chattopadhyay my shipment was booked on 14 July 2021 and delivery date was 16 July 2021. Still not delivered. I tried to contact customer care but unresponsive. Tried to register complainthrough whattsapp no.[protected] but it failed each time. The parcel is urgent. Please do needful. My contact no. is [protected].Email i.d. [protected]@gmail.com. Docket no.[protected]....

Complaint no[protected]/7, no response from Gati till date though in mail Mr Hitesh is being asked by customer care to look into, very shocking to experience such not non helping, non bothering attitude as not at all expected from a branded like GATI....

Called on this number in verna goa. I told him I don't have docket photo copy I have only docket number. I also asked him why he can't give the status. He started becoming rude and told me to keep the phone down.

My consignment with docket no[protected] has reached destination Varanasi on 8 th July but its still not delivered after 5 days.
The assured delivery date was 5 th July....

Says "Out for Delivery" since the last two days. Then updates to "Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted". No delivery personnel has come by!!
Assured delivery date is today (11th July)
Customer care number not going through. Customer care email just sends the same auto generated response saying "received".

Need the parcel ASAP....
