    Complaint no[protected]/7, no response from Gati till date though in mail Mr Hitesh is being asked by customer care to look into, very shocking to experience such not non helping, non bothering attitude as not at all expected from a branded like GATI.

        Guaranted delivery as stated by Gati between - 12/07/2021 to 14/07/2021
        Status as on 14/07/2021, 5:30 PM - Package not delivered
        Earlier Complaint - Complaint logged through customer service[protected] on 13/07/2021 and also logged through WhatsApp +91 [protected]. WhatsApp complaint number CS180550.

        The package for the above mentioned docket was shipped from Rourkela (Odisha) to Bengaluru (aka Bangalore). The package has been lying at Bangalore since 10/07/2021 but as of end of the day today i.e. 14/07/2021 there has been no delivery.

        Further someone has updated the docket, that the consignee as requested for reschedule of delivery. No one have ever requested nor received any phone calls from Gati personnel for rescheduling of such delivery. It is wrongly updated in the tracking website by Gati. We are still awaiting the delivery.

            Says "Out for Delivery" since the last two days. Then updates to "Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted". No delivery personnel has come by!!
            Assured delivery date is today (11th July)
            Customer care number not going through. Customer care email just sends the same auto generated response saying "received".

            Need the parcel ASAP.

                        We are from Apple Energy pvt Ltd booked a courier of 5 box to our chennai customer. We have been following Mr.karthik ([protected])for more than 8 days to deliver the parcel. But there was no proper response and the delivery was scheduled today. While delivering to our customer the courier person only delivered 4 box and asked the customer to sign and seal for 5 boxes. It is totally unfair and kind of forgery and the courier persons behavior was harsh. Our customer was totally not ready accept this kind of issues and the service from your courier side is spoiling our business. Finally I have spoken with our customer and told to receive the Four parcel as of now and to will receive the second parcel later which has been delayed from the courier side. Later I have called the delivery person to deliver the 4 box but the person not delivered and not responding. Please close this issue

                            Hie, I booked a bike from bangalore to bokaro through docket number[protected], I tracked it today through online today and it showed "OUT FOR DELIVERY" and then suddenly it showed - DOCKET DETAINED and I am trying to reach the concerned person at bokaro but he is not ansering calls. Its really bad. Please deliver my parcel on priority....

                                Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted

                                My items 1 bike and 6 cargo was out for delivery from hyderabad to kolkata. Previously it reached yesterday in Kolkata, west bengal. My items were coming from hyderabad to kolkata.
                                Throughout the whole day(22/06/2020) I was at home and the delivery person didnot come. End of the day they assigned my status to Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted.

                                Now it's showing wrong docket number in gati website. From 4 days it was working and showing status suddenly it is showing wrong docket number.
