    Till yesterday i was able to track my package via docket number properly.
    Bur since last night I'm not able to track my package.

    All it says is no details found.
    How is that even possible that when i haven't received my package and still they're showing data not found for the docket number provided to me.
    Gati-KWE customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I am facing the same issue today. It says check docket reference. I was able to track till yesterday night.

    Yes exactly, last night also even i tracked it worked fine.

    May be its a server error.
    Hope its a server error only.

      My parcel that i ordred on aliepxress using "special line - yw" which was then sent via Gati, the parcel can be tracked via gaticn.com & cannot be tracked through INDIAPOST or any other websites it's only trackable in gaticn.com, but it is stuck in "ELECTRONIC INFORMATION RECIEVED" from 23-june-2020. No updates after that. It has to come to Kolkata-India from china. Please provide me the local article number of gati package. The tracking number of the package is EQ[protected]IN
      The parcel never arrived but I lost my AliExpress dispute I lost all my money.
      Please look into this matter. I request gati courier to send me the indian tracking number of china parcel EQ[protected]IN
      The parcel is in transit from more than 3 month no new update, very bad experience from gati, lost all my money

        Date of booking - 23-september-2020,
        Docket no[protected]
        I booked my household items (as I am relocating) from mumbai to rudrapur through agarwal movers and they sent it through Gati kwe and gave us docket no but it is not delivered yet.
        Previously in their website, status was showing that it will deliver on 7 oct but now they are showing 15 oct date.
        They also changed reason to 'customer request for late delivery' which is fake.
        They are changing reasons as per their mood. This gati kwe company looks like they are not responsible and not care about customers.
        I want them to deliver my products as early as possible.
        Please look into this matter.

            4 packages was booked under this docket number from Chandigarh to Arrah, Bihar.
            It was expected to be delivered at 3 oct, 2020.
            I went on 4 oct to receive my package to gati office as it was not delivered till the delivery date.
            After going to the office, I received only 3 packages, one package was not found by the members in the office. But their computer system is showing that they have received all the 4 packages.
            Is this the service, Gati is providing to the customers causing mental agony?

              My delivery has been stuck in Bangalore for 4 days now.
              Status keeps changing from "Out For Delivery" to "Undelivered Due To Run Out Of Time On-Road" every 2 days without any notice for why!

              Customer support on website does nothing, the page doesn't send the complaint ticket through and is just dummy. Call centre employees say they will have someone to call back, but do not call by the end of the day.

                I have received a parcel which was damaged and 23 pieces were short from it after filing the complain k.s tiwari from raipur said i will definitely receive my claim amount with 100% assurity.I have all the call recording. After 2 months he said I will receive the amount but I did not received any and then I called them they said my all the documents are lost so I need to resubmit it so I did the same and they said wait for 2 months more and again the executive who was handling the case left the job and again I asked to submit the documents after that due to covid 19 they said we are not providing any service and now it is 11 month i am suffering nd calling them with null response.

                  I received delivery of 39 parcels out 39, 8 parcels were in damaged condition, who will reimburse the amount for this damages. Please find the attached damage photos, and i have not received 1 parcel. It is worth of rs. 22, 000/- due to your delay our work has been stopped...

                      I had a consignment of package sent from hosur to kasargod, kerala at august 27 from flipkart through gati-kwe and tha package reached kasargod on 7 of september and till there is no delivery happened till the date.
                      I rased complaint to gati and there is response from there side. Still haven't recieved the consignment.

                              Theft of courier package

                              Address: Plot No.20, Survey No.12, Kothaguda, Kondapur, Hyderabad – 500084

                              I booked a courier on 20.03.2020 from Calcutta, in the name of Sambridh Ghimire with the destination to Chennai. The courier receipt states that I would receive the courier on 26.03.2020.

                              However, till date I have not received the courier. The courier contained a blanket. The insurance terms of the booking state that I can claim 20, 000/- so, I will be filing a consumer complaint along with a complaint for cheating for recovery...

                              My order has been marked undelivered due to consignee delivery refusal due to deps/delay, i didnt get any call or any notification gati service provider update wrong status. Its some kind of fraud my docket number is below[protected] for tracking status. These guys have done similar mismanagment with so many other guys..
                              Whole day on their portal it was showing order is out for delivery and in evening they change the status without any contact.

                                Invalid tracking number.

                                I placed a request with gati-kwe for a bike transport. It was picked up on 23rd august 2020. The tracking number shared with me was earlier [protected]. Later another number was shared with me, which was[protected].in both cases, while tracking, the website says "no info found with this docket number."
                                The person i'm in touch with from gati has blocked the number on whatsapp, and does not pickup a normal call.
                                I need urgent help...

                                  I received a very rude behaviour from dhulagorh godown manager mr rk tiwari while enquiring my delivery status which is already delayed by 3 days from assured delivery date.

                                    Hi, I bought a sofa from Amazon. The seller shipped the sofa via Gati-KWE July 31.
                                    The Tracking ID provided by Gati[protected].
                                    Till now, I am unable to track the shipment via Gati website. I contacted customer care. Previously they said that the tracking ID is wrong. If so, how could Gati provided the same to us? Now they understood the problem and saying that some respective team is looking into the issue. This what I am hearing for last few days. Still nobody contacted me yet.

                                    Today is the delivery date. The item is not delivered. I am unable to track. Nobody contacted me. Customer care is not reachable via phone.

                                    This is the worst experience from a courier.
