My delivery has been stuck in Bangalore for 4 days now.
Status keeps changing from "Out For Delivery" to "Undelivered Due To Run Out Of Time On-Road" every 2 days without any notice for why!

Customer support on website does nothing, the page doesn't send the complaint ticket through and is just dummy. Call centre employees say they will have someone to call back, but do not call by the end of the day....

I have received a parcel which was damaged and 23 pieces were short from it after filing the complain k.s tiwari from raipur said i will definitely receive my claim amount with 100% assurity.I have all the call recording. After 2 months he said I will receive the amount but I did not received any and then I called them they said my all the documents are lost so I need to resubmit it so I did the same and they...

I received delivery of 39 parcels out 39, 8 parcels were in damaged condition, who will reimburse the amount for this damages. Please find the attached damage photos, and i have not received 1 parcel. It is worth of rs. 22, 000/- due to your delay our work has been stopped...

It showed out for delivery today that is on 14th september 2020, but in the evening its showing undelivered due to material not found. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I did not get any call from the delivery agent also....

I had a consignment of package sent from hosur to kasargod, kerala at august 27 from flipkart through gati-kwe and tha package reached kasargod on 7 of september and till there is no delivery happened till the date.
I rased complaint to gati and there is response from there side. Still haven't recieved the consignment.

It has 3 days beyond the due date. My luggage was shipped from mumbai to lucknow on 31st August 2020 and they said I'll receive it by 7th September. I'm tracking it abd it is saying that thry cannot find my material. Please assist. It contains all my important documents....

Docket number[protected], out of 10 parcels, received 9. One wich contained my AC outdoor unit lost, my mails are not being replied, neither concerned persons are tracing, its over a month dispatched from pondicherry to odisha. Why this thief behaviour?...

I had a consignment of 13 package sent from mumbai to cochin at july 10th.
After waiting 40 days also i received only 11 of them that too after calling multiple times at various gati offices.
Still haven't recieved rest of my consignments.

I booked a courier on 20.03.2020 from Calcutta, in the name of Sambridh Ghimire with the destination to Chennai. The courier receipt states that I would receive the courier on 26.03.2020.

However, till date I have not received the courier. The courier contained a blanket. The insurance terms of the booking state that I can claim 20, 000/- so, I will be filing a consumer complaint along with a complaint for cheating for recovery...

My order has been marked undelivered due to consignee delivery refusal due to deps/delay, i didnt get any call or any notification gati service provider update wrong status. Its some kind of fraud my docket number is below[protected] for tracking status. These guys have done similar mismanagment with so many other guys..
Whole day on their portal it was showing order is out for delivery and in evening they change the status without...

I placed a request with gati-kwe for a bike transport. It was picked up on 23rd august 2020. The tracking number shared with me was earlier [protected]. Later another number was shared with me, which was[protected].in both cases, while tracking, the website says "no info found with this docket number."
The person i'm in touch with from gati has blocked the number on whatsapp, and does not pickup a normal call.
I need urgent help...

One 25 kg package is missing (Lost in transit) by your company. Docket no.[protected]. It contained extremely important documents and other prized possessions. Please look into the matter asap. It is highly probable that the package was lost at ambala location....

I received a very rude behaviour from dhulagorh godown manager mr rk tiwari while enquiring my delivery status which is already delayed by 3 days from assured delivery date.

I got a very pathetic experience and nobody is taking ownership to deliver the shipment at my place.

I have to cancel my other commitments due to this

Hi, I bought a sofa from Amazon. The seller shipped the sofa via Gati-KWE July 31.
The Tracking ID provided by Gati[protected].
Till now, I am unable to track the shipment via Gati website. I contacted customer care. Previously they said that the tracking ID is wrong. If so, how could Gati provided the same to us? Hi, my name is ketan dubbewar, i have ordered all of my luggage using transdaksh packers and movers. They have given me gati docket number to track my package.

It was supposed to be received by 17-aug-20, but today i checked it's status which shows delivered.

I did not get any call neither no one came to deliver me my stuff.

I tried calling gati helpline for number of times. It is not connecting...

My package was traceable a few days ago but today when i checked for the same online, there was no information available. It still says "no data found in this docket number"

Hi,
I sent my parcel from bengaluru to bhubaneswar on 3rd july.
The parcel assured delivery was 11th july.
Today is 6th august. The warehouse manager number i got from my pickup partner is [protected]. He is misbehaving & unwilling to give any information on the delivery. I have been trying to get it delivered from july. I feel it's a tremendous mistake opting for the service for urgent materials....

Other docket has been transferred.
