Very bad service no one picks the call at helpline no. Time assured by gati also exceeded but no help...

The assured delivery date of my shipment already passed on 23rd. I have been been contacting the customer support over past 4 days but they are of no use as they don’t know where the shipment is and by when it will be delivered. A package has been sent by aliexpress seller from china to india through yanwen courirer. Yanwen had transferred the package to gati for last mile delivery. Gati china tracking number is eq[protected]in. However, it has been one month since the package has been sent but till now tracking number is not active....

I had booked two dockets from bangalore to kolkata on 2nd june which were supposed to be delivered on 8th june.

The kast tracking update was on 4th june saying 'out for next location kolkata'.

After that there was no update nor was the product delivered.

Upon calling the customer care every day they are saying it will reach today.

They have even raised a service complaint but nobody...

Worst service ever. Please read this before you fall into their trap!
I scheduled a pick up on from delhi to shillong. I called them 2 days before that is on 12th to place the pick up request, and they happily obliged.
