One of the worst movers and packers companies in bangalore. I had to shift my few things (Mostly books) from bangalore to kolkata. I called their agencies they were saying random charge amount. No explanation was given whether charge is based on per kg samples or boxes. I called them three times for same requirement and was given different charge.       Yes yes I got the idea. GATI China belongs to MARS and GATI India is on earth. WOW ! You should be awarded with foolest company in the world. Parcel is stuck up at the center for two months. What are you making pickels. You people should be nominated for world's slowest services, zero customer service etc. You will win the first prize.

            I moved my household goods from bangalore to mumbai on 31st may, 20. I was charged 65000/- for the same which included packing, loading and unloading charges and insurance for a sum of rs. 2.00 lacs. The entire amount was paid online through my bank account to the gati representive in bangalore at the time of loading. The contact number of the rep is [protected]. At the time o[censored]nloading in mumbai, i was asked to pay rs. 8000/- again without which they refused to unload. The bangalore representative did not answer any calls. After unloading, i noticed there are a lot of items which have been damaged. Some of the bigger items are -

            1. 55 inch lg smart tv bought for 79000/- two years ago.
            2. Glass top dining table. The entire glass was broken and one of the legs was also broken.
            3. 1 dinning chair
            4. 1 side table
            5. Many small crockery items.

            Initially, i was told that the claim will be processed upto 2 lacs. The same is there as a confirmation on whatsapp message. Now the person is neither answering my calls nor replying on messages. I am feeling cheated with this entire experience.

            I would want the refund of the unloading charges paid as well the insurance claim processed.

              My courier was promised to be delivered by 2nd july 2020 to my bengaluru address and is currently lying in international operation center since 28 june 2020. Please look into the matter and arrange for delivery of the said courier, as it is meant for birthday gift of my daughter and delay in delivery will spoil the complete thing.

                  My docket no[protected]. I parcelled my scooty from guntur to gaya against the said docket number. The parcel came at gaya on 30 jun 2020 and started for delivery on 01 july 20 at 0815 hours, but the same has not received me till the time. The transport office gaya has redirected the parcel without informing me.

                  I spoke with gaya head offfice to deliver my vehicle and send my address and phone number his whatsup number. Later i called him about my vehicle. He spoke it will come tomorrow as place of address is too long to send vehicle.

                  Now thy redirected my vehicle to originate at 2145 hours today.

                    Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a fitness product on 14th june from amazon listed private seller named 'infinity fitness'. They had shipped the item accordingly with gati courier service & their docket / tracking number is[protected]

                    Since 15 days almost half a month past they have not delivered the package, despite of multiple complaints to amazon, the seller and also gati service, they all just kept assuring that it will be delivered. And to the annoyance, today 29th they marked the item as delivered. That is next level negligence and fraud.. Already i have been waiting for weeks for this package, and above that they do not deliver, and mark it delivered which is literally a crime to be reported in police station.

                    Here is the screenshot that they marked it as delivered when its not.. and after complaining them saying that the delivery is falsely marked as delivered, they didn't understand or maybe avoided the issue, and without acknowledgement they just randomly stated that sorry for inconvenience, the shipment has been delivered..

                    This is absurd.. i'm telling them that the shipment is not delivered, its a false update, even then they say such silly statement...

                          The assured delivery date of my shipment already passed on 23rd. I have been been contacting the customer support over past 4 days but they are of no use as they don’t know where the shipment is and by when it will be delivered. Never expected such service from a reputed company like gati. This has been a very bad experience.

                              A package has been sent by aliexpress seller from china to india through yanwen courirer. Yanwen had transferred the package to gati for last mile delivery. Gati china tracking number is eq[protected]in. However, it has been one month since the package has been sent but till now tracking number is not active.

                                    I had booked two dockets from bangalore to kolkata on 2nd june which were supposed to be delivered on 8th june.

                                    The kast tracking update was on 4th june saying 'out for next location kolkata'.

                                    After that there was no update nor was the product delivered.

                                    Upon calling the customer care every day they are saying it will reach today.

                                    They have even raised a service complaint but nobody has worked on that.
