Dear sir

My family has booked 6 items from nagaon, assam to bangalore by premium service i. E. By air and paid an amount of rs 9180/- on 14th september'2018 and according to their service policy the assured delivery date in 15th september and maximum by 18th september'2018.

But they sent the items on road half way and after my repeated persuation, half way they booked by flight but even though it is delivered...

I have booked an air conditioner from flipkart and they have shipped it via gati. It had reached alleppey (Alp) location on 22/09/2018. The agency did not tried to deliver the consignment even after 10 days to haripad and simply updating the tracker as the customer is not available. While calling they will not pick the call and even if picked also will give you one or the other excuses. Contacting customer care is also useless. It was a wastage...

Hello I ordered an item (digital watch)having tracking ID[protected], whose expected delivery date is 6-oct-18.Due to some urgencies I require the item asap.Could you please deliver the item within 2/3 days by your fast delivery service?I am ready pay extra delivery charge if applicable. This is a truly horrible company. I've been waiting half a month for my package to arrive and even now, when the package has reached my town, they haven't been able to deliver. And that's not all; when asked if i can at least go to their office to pick up the package myself, they have no clue where the office is! How is this even an established business?!...

My parcel with docket no[protected] is not delivering by gati Kwe Hasimara (pin-735215). They saying that, they have no vehicle. For an emergency delivery we paid 4500 rupees and it booked on[protected]. But till today[protected]:45hrs I didn't receive any calls or my parcel from them. I already lost a contract because of this cruel activities Gati KWE Hasimara brach. Please help me to get a compensation...

Complaint regarding courier with docket #[protected]. Assured delivery was 21 sep 2018 package was arrived at mahad location on 22 sep 2018 still not delivered to roha contacted customer care around 4-5 times about the delivery each time they gave different excuse and was said that it will be delivered by tomorrow but still not received the parcel. Worst courier service ever....

My parcel shipped through gati courier service having tracking no.[protected].
It had a assured delivery date of[protected] but it has not been delivered to me yet.

Tracking details shows its in my nearest town since[protected] but there has been no attempt made to contact me by gati courier service.

Such lousy service...

11th september i have curriered one bike and 3 boxes from bangalore to midnapore town. Delivery date was 17th of september. I can see all the packets have arrived to kharagpur on 17th of september. But still now it is not delivered.

4 times i have called to the customer care but still now no resolution.

My estimated delivery date (As mentioned on the website) was 13th august 2018, but i had not received my luggage on that day.

Then later on the website the delivery date was getting changing from 13th august to 14th august and then...

Order status shows that I'm not available at home. I have been waiting for the shipment, they never contacted me to deliver the shipment. When I contacted the customer care over the phone, they conveyed me that they are unable to deliver the product due to natural calamities in hyderabad.

I would like to say the gati is not up to the mark, as the name "gati" they are not performing well. It should be "dheemi" as the services are going down to down and very slow even their services are fake and fraud can say.

The gati currier service is the poorest service of the lowest level.
