Had ordered tv from tata cliq on 15th and same got shipped form the sony authorized center on 15th with gati currier with docker no:[protected]. Courier is in with in delhi and it has been 5 days since i have not received my order.

While calling gati, they are not having any update on the docket number and is not responding for my complaint in last three days. Complaint was done on 18th oct.

      I have ordered a refrigerator in paytm and seller dispatched it by gati_surface courier with docket no:[protected] it has been shipped on 14th oct 2018 been the same source and destination city they promise the delivery date by 15th oct 2018 after that i have called them daily 5times regarding the delivery today is 19th oct 2018 still they are asking 1 week time for delivering.

        gati is not delivering the shipment and the docket status was changed to undelivered (very confusing)

        I made a purchase in Flipkart, they have shipped the item through Gati courier. Item reached nearest hub to my place on 13th October 2018, but till today[protected] they have not delivered the shipment.
        Their assured delivery date is 16th, even today i can see the same date in their tracking portal, even they do not have any common sense o[censored]pdating the correct delivery date.
        I called many times, their customer case persons...

        This is to bring to your notice that i got my bike picked from chennai and they promised to deliver next day at coimbatore but was delivered after one week and in damaged condition. Moreover they asked 2000/- for insurance which they promised to refund during delivery... But even after one month they didn't pay and the topbof it don't even pick the call. Their numbera are [protected] and [protected] named praveen. They are fraudsters.

          Where as no call no massage and communication

            On 26th sep i sent my clothes from bangalore so that i can receive packet on time on reaching noida. Verbally they said within 4 days you will get but in slip they mentioned 2nd oct. Today is 10th, till now i didn't received. Everyday i am calling them where is my courier they are just saying today evening or tomorrow for sure you will get. I am just tired to for calling them.

            It is not just about the packet, how can you people do this with consumers, we pay for your service and you people don't courtesy to share the timely status of our packet if it is delayed for any reason . You have to gave compensation for this and have to pay my phone bill that I spent on your customer care on roaming. Just harassed me mentally a lot, which is not acceptable in any circumstances.

              Dear sir

              My family has booked 6 items from nagaon, assam to bangalore by premium service i. E. By air and paid an amount of rs 9180/- on 14th september'2018 and according to their service policy the assured delivery date in 15th september and maximum by 18th september'2018.

              But they sent the items on road half way and after my repeated persuation, half way they booked by flight but even though it is delivered on 25th september. Moreover, i had to pay the delivery boy extra amount and made 100s of calls to local bangalore gati office and head office for docket delivery.

              Moreover, gati team misbehaved with me and hold one chair which was not send from nagaon for almost 10-12 days at their office and finally my relative collected the same.

              My complaint no was[protected] at gati
              Complain no - 928875 at national consumer help line.

              Now, i want to get back the extra amount charged for premium service i. E difference of on road and by air service which is nearly rs.5500/- and a fine for harassing me and non compliance to their policy

              Assured Delivery Date Is 29th Sep Bt Still Today We Havent Received Our Consignment
              Docket No[protected]. item was sent from Mysore to Trivandrum. It reached Trivandrum on 29 Sep...still NOT delivered even after 10 days.
              Gati has No updates or tracking or escalation Mechanism.
              Customer care totally helpless and says to contact someone in bangalore who can probabaly help.

                I have booked an air conditioner from flipkart and they have shipped it via gati. It had reached alleppey (Alp) location on 22/09/2018. The agency did not tried to deliver the consignment even after 10 days to haripad and simply updating the tracker as the customer is not available. While calling they will not pick the call and even if picked also will give you one or the other excuses. Contacting customer care is also useless. It was a wastage of time.
                Please try to take some action against them for this fraud activities. I have suffered from loss of time and they have checked the threshold of my patience.

                Kindly help for enforcement of my customer rights.

                    This is a truly horrible company. I've been waiting half a month for my package to arrive and even now, when the package has reached my town, they haven't been able to deliver. And that's not all; when asked if i can at least go to their office to pick up the package myself, they have no clue where the office is! How is this even an established business?!

                      My parcel with docket no[protected] is not delivering by gati Kwe Hasimara (pin-735215). They saying that, they have no vehicle. For an emergency delivery we paid 4500 rupees and it booked on[protected]. But till today[protected]:45hrs I didn't receive any calls or my parcel from them. I already lost a contract because of this cruel activities Gati KWE Hasimara brach. Please help me to get a compensation as well my parcel from this cruel people.

                      I had placed a pickup request with gati scheduled this Saturday. They had given me a pickup reference number[protected]
                      And the contact details of the assigned person. But it's been 3 days. The pick up wasn't done after several follow ups. This was a urgent request and it was conveyed to them through several calls

                        Complaint regarding courier with docket #[protected]. Assured delivery was 21 sep 2018 package was arrived at mahad location on 22 sep 2018 still not delivered to roha contacted customer care around 4-5 times about the delivery each time they gave different excuse and was said that it will be delivered by tomorrow but still not received the parcel. Worst courier service ever.

                        Did not received the package from the GATI courier. Very worst service in Raigard (Maharashtra). I personally traveled 90 Km and collected the package myself from the Hub after waiting for 7 days from the estimated delivery date . Worst courier service ever by GATI.

                          One of the most lousy, hopeless customer service ever. There is not such thing as customer support from Gati. There has been no attempt or contact made by Gati to get the product delivered to me.

                          Gati is the by far the most lame courier services.

                              Dear partner,

                              In regards to the consignment was booked under cn no.[protected] on[protected], by road, from bangalore to guwahati, 2 boxes, which has not been received by the customer till date.

                              The assured delivery date was 5th sept 2018 which has been exceeded by two weeks now. No body responds on telephonic calls to various gati guwahati contact nos. Calls are being willingly rejected by gati officials. Gati is failing to provide satisfactory services to customer and has been found negligent in rendering services by huge delay in delivering the consignments.

                              We had very much pressed for an urgent delivery for tender order is pending with us but it seems our many requests have had no influence on your tardy working. We shall be glad to know when we may expect delivery. This delay on your part is causing us considerable embarrassment.

                              As mentioned earlier it was an urgent delivery case so we cannot compromise on the late delivery of material at our site. It is mandatory to have material delivered for a sufficient pace of work to be kept going as it is a fast track project so no delay in its deadline can be tolerated. So it is advised that an early action may be taken in this regard from your side to carry out the delivery as soon as possible.

                              We must really insist upon greater promptitude in regard to deliveries.

                              Hope you understand our concern and will do the needful in this regards on high priority basis.

                                Sir, my docket containing household (4 cartoons) was to be delivered to mr. Matru prasanna mohanty, room no.212 ivr guest house, 300 vm street triple lane, near cheppauk stadium, chennai-600005phone no.[protected]
                                But my article is still not delivered to the addressee. It was booked on 28.8.2018 having actual weight 150kg and was paid a sum of rs.3000/-. Plz comply as i am deeply harrassed n with mental agony since it contained household goods of sum rs25000/-.

                                  My luggage parcels two packets weighing 55 kg... Contains my books was to be shipped from jammu to whitefield bengaluru on 6th... Today is13 still not delivered so many calls so many emails still not delivered i will surely sue them pathetic service.. My docket no was[protected] i kept it tracking n tracker showed it in bangalore... The customer service kept telling me it will be delivered in a day.. Such a pathetic service i won't recommend this crappy service to anyone.. Gati needs to shut down.

                                    Hi purchased product from quickr on 28th August 2018 from Delhi. Product successful picked on 3rd sep, from gati transportation. Due to some reasons product reached to Bangalore gati office on 7th sep. I have been following up with them till product not delivered yet to my residency address. 5time they gave false assurance. Docket#[protected]. En number of times I have followed up with them no one give proper answer. Eve I have called Bangalore in charge Vijay even I did not answer my calls. I have gone through lot of mental stress and bp was high speaking to customer service people. Very rude and not up to the mark. Yesterday I was in a call with customer service more than 45 mins. And no proper response and putting me for a long hold. Wasted my time gone through lot of stress. for all this they should compensate me. I am also going to Bangalore consumer court for loading a complaint against they. Unprofessional service

                                      Hello,

                                      My name is lakshita patil. My docket number is[protected].

                                      On 7th august 2018, i have sent 7 packages from chennai to delhi through gati kwe.

                                      My estimated delivery date (As mentioned on the website) was 13th august 2018, but i had not received my luggage on that day.

                                      Then later on the website the delivery date was getting changing from 13th august to 14th august and then from 22nd august to 24th august.

                                      Finally when the pleasant day came and i was about to receive my luggage. (As promised by the customer care executives and other employees of gati) there was a shortage of 1 carton box.

                                      I haven't received my 1 carton till date.

                                      It was missing and it is still missing.

                                      I need an answer for this loss. How can a company like gati-kwe be so irresponsible and careless that not even a single person knows the status of my missing carton box.

                                      Till date, i have spoken to multiple customer care executives but nobody knows or having any information about my box. I haven't received any proper solution from them.

                                      It is been 1 month 3 days now. Today i got a reply from gati-kwe, stated that they have lost my luggage.

                                      Worst service ever. I lost my important luggage costing rs. 30k.

                                      Please guys do not take their services. You better pay little higher amount to a better courier company.

                                      I am very upset but this is really bad and not acceptable.
