Hi,

I have shipped the docket number "[protected]" from Srinagar to Alleppy. It was showing the status "In Transit" till day before yesterday. Now it says docker number not found. I have no idea about the status of the shipment

Booking date: 26/05/2023
Assured delivery date: 06/06/2023...

Assured delivery date was 17th may and it is still not delivered....

I had sent 5 packadges from Indirapuram, ghaziabad to Bengaluru. The date of delivery was 17th of April. Till today I have not received the courier. I have been calling their contact center but there has been no response from them. Please help...

I shipped 27 boxes consisting of large husehold appliances like TV, fridge, Washing machine, microwave oven along with household items. I am very sorry to say that most of the glass items that I shippe dwere broken into pieces. 3 out of 4 front glasses of my cabinet were broken. My microwave oven was damaged and the switch panel was detached from the main system. Moreover, the LED panel of my tv was damaged even though I paid extra for wooden...

Gati corrier did not delivered my item on time. My shipment booked on 02/03/2023 and its 13/03/2023, still not delivered at my place. After so many mails on call complaints no actions taken regarding this....

I had couriered my bike last week and it was supposed to reach the destination by 2nd March. But it is still not delivered.

Nobody is picking up the call also.

It is showing as "Undelivered Due To Force Majeure External Reasons"....

When i gave my bike for shipment it was in excellent condition. it is damaged during shipment . Now what will the company do for my loss...

We booked Gati Movers and Packers on 24th of January, 2023 for shifting utensils and kitchenware from Kharagpur - Malancha Road to Bangalore - Kasavanahalli. While packing these guys didn't mention anything about having a door-to-door service and ground floor to ground floor.

The Delivery Person (Parmeshwar) in Bangalore, Kasavanahalli refused to deliver the consignment to the 3rd floor and the customer care refused to help....

My first and last consignment[protected] with Gati from gurugram to bengaluru is still in transit after so many days. Tracking number showing item received at bengaluru but the next day i got the mail confirming that it reach to Mumbai. Instead of delivering it to my address in bengaluru they are enjoying riding it to Mumbai. Will never trust Gati-KWE again....

I have used Gati for transferring my bike from gurugram to Bengaluru. Its been 8 days since the bike is in transit and 2 days up from the promised delivery date. God knows if they are enjoying the ride. The consigment number is[protected].

It was my mistake trusting Gati. Never use the Gati services again....

The shipment reached Dhanbad on 20 November only. I received a message from gati courier on 24 th November, 2022 that I will receive my shipment today. The number I received in message ([protected]) never picks up any call. I tried calling from different numbers but to no use....

With great disappointment and disgusted by the service of Gati KWE i hereby want to state that i have booked a consignment pickup from Gati on 16th Oct, 2022. Till yesterday I was seeing the tracking info. Today it disappeared. Docket number[protected]. Can't find any info with this number anymore. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 17th October. Today is 19th October. Kindly inform me ASAP where is my parcel....

I have shipped my Study Table with Gati via shipment id[protected]. And they have delivered my shipment with the Table is broken. I have raised a complain for damage under case id 12510242. Now they are refusing to pay any compensasion as they are telling that its under shipper’s risk.

Sir i have not received mattresses from Sunday company which I was promised to deliver on or before 17 September 2022, not only this when I called delivery man Vikash Sharma he refused to deliver on 17 September 2022, not only Gati tracking has also changed delivery date and time on behalf of consignee request which I never made infact I have been waiting for delivery since long. Please take action against the GatiKWE company.

Consignment[protected]. was delivered on 24th August

I am surprised to see that it took 26 days to deliver the consignment.

Moreover as per party all materials against[protected] are damaged while delivered and they are not agreed to pay against these damaged materials.

I need all the details of damaged materials so that I can claim for the payment to the party for that materials which are not...

I booked bike with Helmate for Banglore with Gati Kwe Changodar Branch
wide their Docket No.[protected] dated 17/06/2022 I recd the bike delivery
on 30/06/2022 at bangalore without Helmate.I varirous time mobile contact
with Alokdas of Changodar Branch on their Mobile [protected].He every
time seoarately excuse as per below mentioned (which I all recorded)
