I had booked shipment to be delivered on 22nd July to be delivered at my destination. When received all goods I could see four things are totally damaged I had already reported this to Gati but no clue on this below are things
1. TV Sony (damage during transit)
2 induction cook top (damage during transit)
3 Almirah(badly handled dent scratches outside)
4 crockery loss

I want this to be compensated as soon as possible. I had already logged with Gati and complaint number #CS197138

    I was given a confirmation form with docker ID but I was unable to track it . Also the booking date for the vechile was 31 st July and today it has been a week and I still have no idea about my vechile status.

        Pick up request not being completed

        I have been booking pick up of package through online registration since three weeks. I need to get package picked up on Saturday due to schedule. Every time one Mr Sujeet is assigned but he never reaches or calls. When we call him he claims ignorance about the pick up and hangs up saying he would confirm from senior and call back.             This is in response to docket number 49485268 that was supposed to be delivered on 29th May. When the delivery date passed and a complaint was lodged to the company 3 out of 4 packages were delivered to my location on 3rd June, with one package still missing.
            After 3rd June I have been constantly in contact with a GATI agent for checking the status of my final delivery.
            There has been constant excuses from the agent like being unable to locate my package in their warehouse, not having enough people to search for it, the agent being out of town on holiday and now the agent is deliberately not picking up my calls. The calls now go through when I use a different number.
            I have also mage complaints regarding this behavior to the customer service at GATI, but no resolution has been offered except asking for more time to solve the issue even though it has been roughly a month past the date when my package was supposed to be delivered.
            I have attached the docket status from the company website and all the mail exchanges.

              Hi,

              I have shipped the docket number "[protected]" from Srinagar to Alleppy. It was showing the status "In Transit" till day before yesterday. Now it says docker number not found. I have no idea about the status of the shipment

                  I had sent 5 packadges from Indirapuram, ghaziabad to Bengaluru. The date of delivery was 17th of April. Till today I have not received the courier. I have been calling their contact center but there has been no response from them. Please help

                    I shipped 27 boxes consisting of large husehold appliances like TV, fridge, Washing machine, microwave oven along with household items. I am very sorry to say that most of the glass items that I shippe dwere broken into pieces. 3 out of 4 front glasses of my cabinet were broken. My microwave oven was damaged and the switch panel was detached from the main system. Moreover, the LED panel of my tv was damaged even though I paid extra for wooden packaging. When I informed GReecon (Gati-KWE franchise) through whom i made the booking, they denied me of any refund. The guy was continuously beating around the bush saying that we will provide you a certificate/form where it will be mentioned that the products are damaged, but they can't do anything abut the refund. They are also mentioning and accepting the fact that the products are damaged during shipment buy still they will not be providing any refund. What kind of harrasment is this? I am absolutely disgusted with their service and i would never recommend Gati-KWE to anyone. I want a complete refund of all my damages.

                              We booked Gati Movers and Packers on 24th of January, 2023 for shifting utensils and kitchenware from Kharagpur - Malancha Road to Bangalore - Kasavanahalli. While packing these guys didn't mention anything about having a door-to-door service and ground floor to ground floor.

                              The Delivery Person (Parmeshwar) in Bangalore, Kasavanahalli refused to deliver the consignment to the 3rd floor and the customer care refused to help. They spoke very rudely as well, that too both the delivery person and the customer care.

                              First of all, they didn't mention anything about this clause at the time of booking and secondly, I have the bill where it's written that the delivery needed to be on the 3rd floor.

                              The entire bill contains of hidden charges like "miscellaneous" which they're absolutely unclear of and trying to loot money from the customers.

                              Businesses like theirs shouldn't exist where there's absolutely no care about customer service with shaky terms and conditions. Businesses like these absolutely have no fear about consequences of their behaviour and shady business.

                              I want this to come to attention as I believe they charged extra money but didn't hold your end of the bargain. I have submitted a case to consumer complaints to take action. Probably I should slap an RTI and a lawsuit against them on this as well.

                                My first and last consignment[protected] with Gati from gurugram to bengaluru is still in transit after so many days. Tracking number showing item received at bengaluru but the next day i got the mail confirming that it reach to Mumbai. Instead of delivering it to my address in bengaluru they are enjoying riding it to Mumbai. Will never trust Gati-KWE again.

                                  I have used Gati for transferring my bike from gurugram to Bengaluru. Its been 8 days since the bike is in transit and 2 days up from the promised delivery date. God knows if they are enjoying the ride. The consigment number is[protected].

                                  It was my mistake trusting Gati. Never use the Gati services again.

                                    I booked Shekhawati packers and movers on 11 November, 2022. They booked gati courier to deliver my shipment to transfer from Kota, Rajasthan to Dhanbad, Jharkhand. The shipment reached Dhanbad on 20 November only. I received a message from gati courier on 24 th November, 2022 that I will receive my shipment today. The number I received in message ([protected]) never picks up any call. I tried calling from different numbers but to no use. At 4 pm I received a call from different number ([protected]), saying that he will deliver it today. After 1 hour when I called him again, he said that he will deliver the next day. When I called him next day he said I had to go to Deodhar, so I will deliver it next day. He has been doing this for 4 days that he will deliver next day surely but never comes. Then I contacted GATI’s customer service on 26th November, 2022. They have been saying the same thing since 3 days that they put my complaint on a higher priority and will send a message or a call. But I have received no message and no call from them. I’ve been calling the Shekhawati packers and movers, the delivery person, the customer service everyday multiple times. They either don’t pick up my call, or cut it . They have been talking very rudely. I request you to kindly look into this matter and please deliver my shipment to my address. My docket number is[protected].
