They are just streching my delivery date from last 20 days. Sometimes they disconnect my call. It's been very frustating experience for me. Please help me to get it sorted.

I have Recived the package on 21/08/2023 docket no[protected]
With damage on 1 package, my assured delhivery date was 19/08/2023 and package was on carrier risk. But i waited after Recived the package was my bike and it has damage on tank and stand of the bike. I have already sent mail twice with all photo attached to mail. It been more than 5days but there is no response from support team. Whenever i call customer care they you will get a call in 1hour but there is no call for whole day.

The parcel has reached destination city on 14/08/2023 and since then they have apparently attempted to deliver on 17th and 18th of august. I got no calls and neither were the numbers of the delivery people working. It's been 11 days since the parcel has been sent and I haven't received it yet. This has got to be the worst courier service ever. Nobody from service team even responds to the mails and their customer care numbers are just a gimmick.

My status is still in undelivered due to consignee premises closed so please check it faster because it is important product
Please respond it as fast as possible

I had booked shipment to be delivered on 22nd July to be delivered at my destination. When received all goods I could see four things are totally damaged I had already reported this to Gati but no clue on this below are things
1. TV Sony (damage during transit)
2 induction cook top (damage during transit)
3 Almirah(badly handled dent scratches outside)
4 crockery loss

I want this to be compensated as soon as possible. I had already logged with Gati and complaint number #CS197138

I was given a confirmation form with docker ID but I was unable to track it . Also the booking date for the vechile was 31 st July and today it has been a week and I still have no idea about my vechile status.

My docket no[protected] has been received in ambala since three days and there are no further updates regarding the delivery which has to be done to Phagwara punjab. Please help me in delivering the shipment as soon as possible.

We were looking to shift household items and bike from Mumbai to Mangalore and needed a packing and movers company. We submitted Requests from different companies to recieve quotes. We got a call from someone from Gati. He gave a very competitive price of ₹20, 000 and we confirmed the order for 18th of July, 2023. We got receipt/invoice from Gati with the website of gati.com mentioned, GSTIN number, Pan card number of the company. A few worker came on that day and packed the stuff hastily and dumped it on a tempo truck which was supposed to go to a godown, weight measured and sent to Mangalore via Bengaluru. It's was supposed to reach on the 21st of July. On 20th, the branch manager who we were in contact with called us and asked for an additional payment of 15000 for insurance and GST reasons, which would be refunded after delivery. He forced us to pay for it via UPI to deliver the goods. This is when we got suspicious. The next day he stopped picking up calls this the time of delivery. Later we got a message from him saying that the goods are still in Bengaluru because of rain and told we will deliver the next day. Due to suspicion we checked the GST number which turned out to be fake. When we confronted him, he told to change a single number, and that showed us Gati-KWE's details. The goods aren't delivered yet, and we hope we get to see our entire household items. Please help us resolve this matter.

THIRTEEN DAYS are already passed, and our consignment is shown in ambala warehouse from last 10 days, and GATI courier person says consignment is missing in ware house,
consignment is very important, so please check and do the needfull,

150 km and Still not delivered TAken 11 Days from Gurgaon to Panipat and still undelivered

This is in response to docket number 49485268 that was supposed to be delivered on 29th May. When the delivery date passed and a complaint was lodged to the company 3 out of 4 packages were delivered to my location on 3rd June, with one package still missing.
After 3rd June I have been constantly in contact with a GATI agent for checking the status of my final delivery.
There has been constant excuses from the agent like being unable to locate my package in their warehouse, not having enough people to search for it, the agent being out of town on holiday and now the agent is deliberately not picking up my calls. The calls now go through when I use a different number.
I have also mage complaints regarding this behavior to the customer service at GATI, but no resolution has been offered except asking for more time to solve the issue even though it has been roughly a month past the date when my package was supposed to be delivered.
I have attached the docket status from the company website and all the mail exchanges.

Hi,

I have shipped the docket number "[protected]" from Srinagar to Alleppy. It was showing the status "In Transit" till day before yesterday. Now it says docker number not found. I have no idea about the status of the shipment
