This is regarding my courier for docket no:[protected] from haldia to chennai.

Assured delivery date for the courier was on 11th of may 16. Since then i have been following up with gati-customer care executives on there toll free no:[protected], however they have not been able to extend any kind of relevant support in helping me avail my courier.

As per their information, my courier has reached perungudi local office on 12th of may 16' and though my destination address-okkiyampet thoraipakkam is only about 4-5 kms from their local office, they have failed to co-ordinate the delivery till date.

I have called them umpteen number of times from 12th of may onwards, however they have refused to extend support saying the concerned person who is looking into the issue is busy on another call or is not available.


They have committed revised delivery dates for 13th of may and 14th of may however they have not lived up to their word.

They have assured me call back from relevant department however nobody has called me for co-coordinating on this.


Since 12th may i am getting harassed thoroughly. Kindly help me in availing my courier

Hi, I have sent consignment of 13 packets from Guwahati to Bangalore via GATi KWE. I had paid 10000 rs in cash for the same. It has been 20 days already and I have not received the material. It is 10 days over due of your assured date. Nobody from GATI is taking accountability to deliver my material.

Horrible & Pathetic service and delivery from GATI. I have ordered an Air-conditioner from SNAP Deal on 1st May 2016. Item packed and shipped from SNAP Deal on 4th and reached Kolkata on 6th May 2016. They kept the item in their warehouse till 14th May 2016. There were no attempt made to deliver the item. I have contacted GATI several times but their attitude was really pathetic. They kept the item in their ware house for more than 7 days. I don't know when I shall receive the item and after opening the package the same item will be there or not. So after lot of escalation and several times follow up they have sent the item on 14th May from Kolkata to Kharagpur but didn't delivered the item on the same day. Still I havn't received my Air-conditioner. There were no GATI in their service and in their attitude. I am really fed-up and harassed by their service. They should pay the penalty for this for harassing the customer and wrong commitment. Their assured delivery date was 12th May and today is 15th May... Then what is the point assured delivery ????? Who is bearing the pain ??? Customer only... They should pay the penalty...

This mail is regarding mu courier sent through Gati with docket no.[protected].
First this parcel was misplaced and in place another parcel belonging to Hyatt hotel was sent to my receivers address. My parcel was sent to some address on bhandup- mumbai. However this receiver on seeing the address wrong didn't receive it. I contacted customer care and was given complaint no. 14950660. After so many calls and difficulty we were then told to go to bhandup Gati office and collect my parcel on returning the parcel wrongly delivered to my receiver.
On opening the parcel and getting full details from my receiver it is found that 4 very expensive dresses have been removed from my box and is missing.
This is gross cheating by Gati. My parcel was lying at bandup godown for more then 2 days. My receiver was made to go and collect the parcel from your godown. Inspite of this your people here have robbed 4 dresses from my box.
This are brand new expensive dresses and each costing 4500 each. Now I demand from Gati either I should be returned this dresses or should be paid an amount of Rs. 18000/- as cost of robbed materials from my box. Also as informed by my receiver when the box was opened by him the items were all messed up and messly repacked by Gati people n selectively all brand new clothes removed from the parcel.
Incase Gati is not acting on my request

I booked my docket with gati on 27th may and i got delivery date as 2nd may. But it has been 14th may and i have still not got my docket.Moreover, they are saying one packet is missing.Nobody is answerable to my queries.I have been calling them almost everyday They always say Mr.Pradeep of complain department will answer but he is not connecting with me now.Docket no.[protected]

I ordered laptop battery from
amazon and it was supposed to be delivered at my address in Gurgaon between 4th May to 12 th may, Gati transferred my product to their Gurgaon office on 10th May and I got a message that they tried to deliver but I was not available but I was available 24hrs neither I got a call, I called to their customer care and raise a complaint and they agreed that due to some problem they couldn't deliver. They said it will be delivered next day, I didn't go to office just to receive the package but nobody came neither called. Todat its 14th May, again I called and again they said tomorrow...
I am not able to work at all.

Gati received tha package on 30 th April in Mumbai, Gati Gurgaon received on 9th but still not delivered. They have updated tracker on 11th that I requested for delay which I dint.

My brother shashwat worah was sending me a fridge and a plastic table using the courier services of gati kwe. He had to repeatedly call them in order to coordinate a pickup for the goods mentioned above. They finally picked up the goods on the 22nd april. The docket number given to me was[protected]. The goods were booked for delivery from hyderabad to madurai.

Now, this is where it gets interesting. The assured delivery date was the 27th of april. Hence, i decided to call them on the 25th because after tracking i found that they were still in hyderabad. On calling the manager in charge of pickups and talking to him i found that they have lost my goods. I got angry and spoke to him in an irritated tone and he responded by being incredibly rude.
I then proceeded to call customer care. My complaint was registered and i felt better about the situation hoping that it would be resolved soon. A customer care executive was assigned to my case. I have been calling them repeatedly and the only answer i get is that, "we need more time". I have even sent them photographs of the good but to no avail. They are unaware of which part of the country my fridge is currently residing in. They have miraculously managed to find the table, which by the way has not yet been delivered to me (Table found over a week ago). The customer care manager was confident that they would find it and asked for a week's time. They still didn't find it. Upon being confronted, he shifted the blame to the logistics manager stating he was in charge of these things.

Now i was at the end of my patience and asked the customer care manager when and how would could i get a refund. To this, he replied that i would have to wait at least for a month before i got a refund as this was company policy. Upon asking for the terms and conditions and company policy i was completely ignored.
That brings us to today, i have not yet received any of my goods even though i had paid rs. 3000 for their transport in advance in addition to the value of goods lost.

I urge all my family and friends never to use the services of gati kwe!! The employees and management of the company refuse to take blame or rectify the situation instead all you have to do is wait and keep bouncing from one person to another. They are not even escalating the matter and donot provide contact information or access to higher level managers. They do not call you back to update you about the status of your complaint. Not once have they called me. Every single time i have spoken to someone it has been me calling them. They have pathetic customer support. My complaint number is 14926364. My online complaint number is cs113557.In spite of having raised these complaints there has been no action take. From their side.

I was supposed to receive the product that I ordered online, docket number[protected]. the seller shipped it through gati. Product was shipped on 3rd May, assured delievery date was 9th May. but since I didn't receive the product, I registered complaint 13803620 online. I was told that the delieveries are stuck from Bangalore K R Puram where the product was lying for two days and it will be delievered on 1-2 days, on 11th May they changed the status to out for delievery, I called up again and customer care told me I will get the product by evening, In evening they SHAMELESSLY changed status to 'Undelivered due to CUSTOMER REQUEST ANOTHER DATE OF DELIVERY.' This is complete fraud from Gati and I am ready to sue them if I dont get my product delievered or get it in damaged condition.

We transferred our Bike from Delhi to Hyderabad Docket number[protected]. When we gave the Bike we were assured that the product will be delivered safely without any damage, nothing was mentioned about it being senders risk.
The product was delivered late and in a damaged condition (overall expenditure required 12, 000 after inspection in bajaj showroom).
On raising a complaint we were asked to submit documents which we did. After 2 days of no response today we get a call saying nothing will be done because its the senders risk.
People who are planning to send your products through Gati dont do it, it would be better to send you package with indian railways.

My Docket no is[protected] It was an order from shopclues and on tracking site showing product in station on 6 May but it was not delivered. I have complained regarding this and they assured me that shipment will be delivered on 9 May . But no one call me and when I call gati help line . They told me we are unable to contact our local time . Is this the right answer for a customer. Please resolve my issue as early as possible

@ Amazon. Please do not use Gati for my address for the below mentioned reasons.

Docket no.[protected]. Pickup date 22 Apr. From 22 Apr to 5 May, it has been so many days and the product is still not delivered.

You have named your courier Gati, while it has got no gati in it. Please change the name of your courier to something like "Kachua", "Ghongha", or "Snail-mail", "World's bogus courier service etc.

While the packet reached at my city, Haldwani on Saturday 30 Apr, I called some guy named Baljeet, who own Gati courier in Haldwani. He informed me that the guy who bring courier met with an accident. I'll deliver on Monday. I called him on Monday he said, he can't find a guy and will deliver on Tuesday, 3 May. I called on Tuesday, he didn't picked up the phone. I called him again on 4th May, Wed, he take some another guy in conference and started shouting on him that why did you not delivered, and customer is abusing me and sort of stuff, but again don't deliver. Today I'm on 5th of May, Thurs and writing this email.

I got an email from Amazon that there is delivery attempt and no one was available at home. I again called this guy Baljeet and asked him, I've been calling you for last 3 days and you are saying a lot of stuff to me, but you didn't deliver and you post such message on Amazon, that you sent guy to deliver but no one was at home. He informed me, he didn't post such message. While I checked your website I found that this status for both the dates 3 May & 4 May. I'm attaching the proof of the same. On 3 and 4 May they didn't even attempted delivery and posted this fake message to save their a**.

Now you see, what sort of services your bogus company is providing and this guy is bringing to your name.

This had happened in the past also where I had purchased a packet of pampers for my little baby, and he didn't delivered. I had to goto his office to pick it up.

One reason could be that his office is very far from my home. Around 3-4 kms. So might be he didn't want do come and deliver.

This feedback is going everywhere on Internet, like mouthshut, consumercomplaints etc websites and I see that Amazon also shall close doing business with you guys.

Keeping pen down.

We have booked a parcel from dewas to kolkata by gati kwe, surface mode, docket no.[protected] on 13.04.2015 and the assured delivery date provide by gati was 19.04.2016, now the today is 08.05.2016 and still the consignment not delivered by gati to destination, we are regularly follow-up with gati representative the complaint no. 14938233, but till date no any action taken nor any reply received from gati.

Please look into the matter asap.

I purchased a machine of cost approx 55000Rs from a company at new delhie. They shipped via GatiKWE. It is shipped from New Delhi to Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The packaging was done with a wooden box. It is a planetary mixer used to whip cream for bakery purposes. By the time i received the product the machine was in a bad shape. The wooden case is all broken which was used for packaging. The machine main stand is broken which is a very much main part of the product. Now i complained the same with Gati KWE and they have asked me to send the proofs like invoice, photos of broken machine, docket copy, a letter written by me stating that the specific machine has been broken, pan card and etc. They never told me that the mail sent to them should not be more than 2gb and this continued for 10days and only after that i came to know that the attachments should not exeed 2gb. so i sent all the attachments in different emails making sure that it doesnt exeed 2gb. Later they asked me to take the machine to the local gati office to survey the machine. We took all the way to the gati office and they did not accept the machine stating they need to get a confirmation from the headquarters. We called them and we gave them the confirmation and only after that they were telling that they dont have the surveyor with them and i have to hire a surveyor with my money and do the survey and submit a report. I rejected the proposal as i dont know anyone. they finally accepted that and they promised they will look for one from their side and they asked me to take back the machine with me. But as of now nothing has happened. When i contacted the local gati office all the answer they are telling was they did not find one.

I personally guided the packing of bike at your civil town, rourkela office. I've photographs of it being immaculate, stainless & spotless absolutely. I paid the due amount. But, am just shellshocked to see my bike at your mumbai office. It's dainted, broken, mishandled & what not? Pls note down my demand-
-either you deliver the bike in original condition or a new one
-want compensation for the harassment

Kindly note down my resolutions-

-i will take it to consumer forum, court & other platforms
-launch an orchestrated campaign in the print, tv & social media
-spread a bad word of mouth through all means

My docket no.[protected] Has been lying in chennai since 20th April i.e. 6 days and no movement at all. I wonder if they lost it or its damaged. Since 22rd April I ahv been calling customer care and they keep saying it will be delivered by 26th April and so today is 26th I called them today and they say they are sorry. Really?
Now I am thinking wether to cancel my order or wait. Because I am so sure it won't reach guwahati (Assam) in 1 or 2 days all the way from chennai.

I sent a product from Chennai to Bangalore. My product delivery was delayed by 5 days from the assured delivery date (Assured Delivery date: 18th April 2016). In my docket receipt, the address pin is 560037. But when i talked to the customer care, they told me you are trying to deliver at 560036. This looks like very irresponsible delivery.
Even, I got the the phone number of delivery boy named John Victor ([protected]). When I called, he did not pick up the phone and then switched of the phone. I tried 10 times and unable to contact him now. I also contacted the customer service more than 5 times, and they just playing with me by saying we will update the details and will call you back. But they never called me back with the resolution.

I have ordered a product in Amazon and amazon sent through a courier GATI tracking number is Courier: Gati, Tracking #:[protected].

Product was ordered on April 3rd and it was promised to deliver on April 15th, it's actually a gift.

Till today April 20th product has not been received. This disturbed us alot

Gati only should explain the problem for such a misconduct in which not able to deliver, why do accept the orders ? .

I am tired of calling these people. They do fake promises saying that product will be shipped today however, they never did.

The assured delivery date was april 14 and today is april 18. I am so frustrated at this point. I hope they have not lost my package in the godown. I wonder who recruits the labors who handles package delivery stuffs. I bet they are lazy AF or just least bothered about their customer. I want this issue to be resolved.

Completely a useless, irresponsible, careless and worthless company. I got 3+2 wooden Sofa, kids study table and 2 single mattress from Lucknow to Agra. It was all very well packed by the packers. Gait employed charged rd. 2000 for the delivery and rs.800 as the bribe. After all the hustle and delay they delivered it broken completely. They are a worthless company. I would tk them to the consumer court. Fools ppl.
