Gati-Kwe — bad service - no pickup the phone

Docket no[protected] is dispatched on dated 11.10.2017 from mumbai and reached at aurangabad on yesterday dated 12.10.2017, but when we asking to customer care so he said that the consignment is reaching your end on 14.102017, but when consignment is already reached in aurangabad the why it getting delay for delivery due to this consignment is very urgent for me,
Also no one pickup the phone in aurangabad division
