I selected gati courier for transferring my bike (Royal enfield thunderbird red color, registration number : AP 09 cj 0067 ) from Bhopal
to gurgao with Tracking/Docket number[protected] . I had planns to transfer bike VIA Train but i preferred GATI over train transfer
to ensure saftey of bike and easy process . My bike was perfectly fine whitout any damage and scratch when it was handed over to GATI BHOPAL, i was assured
same condition delivery of my bike as it was at the time of leaving at GATI Bhopal.
. My bike reached Gati office Gurgao on 26th April and i was called by courier executive (ph: [protected]) for
pickup of the bike .
When i reached gurgao gati office i was told by this executive to sign on the docket paper with received statement without unpacking the bike
first . When i asked executive to unpack first he said i have to sign and write receive statement before unpacking, i did . When
bike was unpacked i found that the bikes tank was damaged badly and mudguard had many scratches . Explained the condition to manager and executive,
executive was aggressive while talking . I asked them to write 'damage item ' on docket paper but they refused to do so . Please restore the condition of the bike
to natural as it was at bhopal GATI office . I am looking forward for speeady responce and resolution . I have registered a complaint to
customer care (complaint number :[protected] Please provide resolution ASAP.
