[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — charging twice for single parcel | |||
Hi, My dealer booked a parcel in delhi behalf of me for my customer. At the time of booking he has paid courier charge 1700 and again at the time of delivery courier person charged 1500 from customer, so gati-kwe charged twice for single parcel. Its cheating, fraud and they are robbers. Their service also very worst. After booking there was no update in online for 4 days then after many followup they have updated online. I mean they charged for courier, but not dispatched for 4 days after followup and esclation they dispatched. Parcel reached chenni, but they did not delivered parcel for 4 days again many follow up and escalation they delivered it and charged 1500 etc. I am going to file a complaint in consumer court.
