This is in response to docket number 49485268 that was supposed to be delivered on 29th May. When the delivery date passed and a complaint was lodged to the company 3 out of 4 packages were delivered to my location on 3rd June, with one package still missing.
After 3rd June I have been constantly in contact with a GATI agent for checking the status of my final delivery.
There has been constant excuses from the agent like being unable to locate my package in their warehouse, not having enough people to search for it, the agent being out of town on holiday and now the agent is deliberately not picking up my calls. The calls now go through when I use a different number.
I have also mage complaints regarding this behavior to the customer service at GATI, but no resolution has been offered except asking for more time to solve the issue even though it has been roughly a month past the date when my package was supposed to be delivered.
I have attached the docket status from the company website and all the mail exchanges.
