[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — consignment missing

Hi... My gati docket no is[protected]. The consignment was sent on 6-oct and was assured delivery on/before 09-oct. Even upon complaining umpteen no of times no one is able to track where the consignment is.

Kindly look into the matter urgently. It contains food items that can rot and medicines which we urgently need.

It is a brown carton weighing 22kgs with plastic cover all over and bound by a plastic string. It has the address-
